I bought a bracelet as a gift when it arrived i put it away. I bought it in advance of the birthday. I then took it out of the outer postage box wrapped it and gave it as a gift. I had somehow made an error when ordering and ordered the wrong size. I was outside of the 28 day returns. When I reached out to ask for an exchange they were super understanding and agreed to exchange for a bigger size. Ive boubought from them previously and will continue to do so. I love their products.

I took my daughter to the Bath store this afternoon. She is 16 and I agreed to get my nose pierced at the same time as her (other than ears, this was her first piercing). Shannon explained everything in detail and so clearly. She made us both feel extremely comfortable and answered any questions we had with confidence and a sense of humour. Everything was extremely clean and the service was very efficient, especially considering it was 36 degrees today! We will definitely be going back at some point and I can’t thank Shannon enough for how calm and comfortable she made my daughter feel for her nose piercing. I will definitely recommend.

I went to Astrid and miyu King’s Cross for a helix piercing and Berie was my piercer, she was truly amazing I have had many piercings and literally she could not have pierced it any better, she made me feel very comfortable , very friendly and is truly incredible at her job, I could not recommend her more. I ordered a ring but when it arrived it was too big for me. I logged a return for a refund. I overlooked that I could have arranged an exchange through the portal instead. I contacted customer services to see if they could arrange the exchange for a smaller size ring, rather than processing the refund. Keira has been absolutely fantastic in sorting this for me. Replying to emails quickly, clear instructions, resolved the problem with no hassle. Very refreshing to come across a company who are so efficient! I love your products and this great customer service just makes me want to shop for jewellery exclusively at A&M! Thank you 🤩

Got three piercings done at the Birmingham store, one week after they started offering the service. The lady that pierced my ears checked I was happy with the placements which I was, however when piercing my conch the needle and then the stud went into the back/side of my neck. They also hadn’t had their delivery yet of cleaning solution yet so I had to go to another tattoo piercing studio to buy some as I was advised to get saline solution from boots or Superdrug which neither stocked only the solution for contact lenses. When my sister said it doesn’t look right and took the picture to show me, we went back and the lady did repierce at no extra cost I’d already paid £200
