I booked aspect this morning at 10.30am because they had a plumber who could be with me by 12pm. I’ve had to repeatedly call for an arrival time & there is now an ETA of 5pm - this is 6 1/2 hour delay. Now hoping that the plumber will actually arrive - definitely do not recommend.
Had a great experience with Deniz Okcay. Really knowledgeable and incredibly helpful when the original issue turned out to be bigger one. Sorted everything and left feeling comfortable all was handled professionally. Thank you Deniz.
I had a terrible experience with this company. Their admin and appointment scheduling is really bad. I'm sure the plumbers are just as confused as the customers.

Did not get what I paid for.
Made inquiry regarding written inspection. Told I needed schoffolding. I received a quote after paying for the call out inspection.Inquired about purpose and duration period for schoffolding. I was told they woukd get back to me with details, however received no written information or contact.
The worst experience ever just ripped of from the get go. Didn’t turn up on the day they say kept telling me there be there with in 2 hours rang 5 times same answer.
Turned up and then told me it’s gonna be £375 + vat extra to find the leak with the meachine. My freind found the leak the meachine I paid 375 for didn’t pick it up we dug the whole and found damn then the machine picked it up once we dug a foot etc then the cheek he took a picture of the machine and leak and sent to his boss to make out he found it. They charged me full price !! There was no sorry for the day they didn’t turn up and charged me 120 hour x3 wile on site I didn’t get offered no re refund even charged me for the gas on top 😂😂😂 it’s like he wasted time on purpose once we found the leak and said hey the muds damp here he pressed some buttons then works the first 3or 4 times 2 hours later going over the spot it didn’t pick up when trying to burn the hours up! Terrible terrible service I just felt ripped off !
Incompetent work from Aspect Plumbers, accompanied by an overcharge of 1.5 hours. When challenged, the overcharge was rescinded, but accompanied by the (deliberately?) impractical suggestion that the original plumber return to repair his own work. No compensation offered as an alternative. Readers can draw their own conclusion as to whether this expensive service is worthy of your trust.

Zac came out today for some emergency plumbing and what an absolute STAR!! I’m a landlord and he was amazing at keeping me regularly up to date with what was happening, and what I can do to prevent the same issue from happening again. I’ve used Aspect before and will continue to do so! Very reasonable prices for London and an emergency call out!
Fantastic service. Jack the technician was brilliant. Knew his job and went above and beyond to get the issue identified and solved.
I could only give 3 stars due to the poor customer support received after the work took place. The engineers/plumbers work was extremely good. However, trying to obtain a full report of the works to submit to British Gas was more than challenging. More focus needs to be made on after care and the Area Manager that visited my property who was suppose to improve the service. This is questionable.
After paying over £700 to have my drain cleared it blocked again after 6 weeks. On contacting Aspect they said tough we are not coming out. Steer clear of this company there are many similar more reputable companies out there.
We initially experienced some communication issues, but Diles was very helpful and managed to turn the situation around.
Paul and Charlie were knowledgeable and did a great job fixing our heating system. They also followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working properly, which we really appreciated.
They suggested having an electrician fix the isolator, and Paul kindly took the time to explain everything to the electrician over the phone, including what had been done together with Charlie.
Overall, a positive experience in the end—thank you for your help and support.
I would like to share my disappointing experience with Aspect.co.uk regarding a leak investigation at one of our commercial sites.
My initial interaction in November was deceptively positive. Booking the first engineer was effortless; the office staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. However, the service deteriorated rapidly from there. The first engineer arrived only to state that the leak was inaccessible without scaffolding and required a two-person team.
Following this advice, I booked three specialists, two plumbers and an electrician, for a follow-up. Despite the smooth booking process, the site visit was a failure. The engineers spent only a few minutes on-site, primarily complaining about the lack of parking in Central London, before concluding exactly what the first engineer had: that the area was too high and required scaffolding.
Ultimately, no actual work was performed, yet four separate invoices were issued, and the payments were immediately collected from my credit card.
What I find most frustrating is the lack of accountability. I have called and emailed multiple times to query these charges. While the telephone staff are consistently polite and promise to investigate or review call recordings, I have never received a single follow-up or resolution.
The contrast between their pleasant customer service and their total lack of operational follow-through is a major concern. I cannot recommend Aspect to either domestic or business clients based on this experience.

Because you changed the price, I said I didn't want anyone, but nobody came to my house.
Absolutely terrible experience with Aspect. I was clearly quoted one price for additional hours during the call, but the final invoice charged me effectively double that rate. When I requested the call recording to verify what was agreed, they repeatedly refused to share it, hiding behind vague “manager approval” excuses. Completely unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading. Also appears to be heading towards a breach of UK GDPR as they are withholding my personal data.
They also:
Added a £48 materials charge with no explanation or evidence. Apparently it's for a couple of wall plugs (retail max £4)
Failed to apply a promised £15 discount
Overcharged labour as they billed half hour extra than service delivered, which I can prove with camera and doorbell logs
Customer service has been completely useless, no accountability, no resolution despite repeated follow-ups for over 1 month.
They are illegally withholding my money. I am now initiating legal proceedings to recover the overcharged amount.
Avoid at all costs.
Excellent attention by both engineers and dedicated on getting the job done very well, promptly and going the extra mile to make sure it was all sorted well.
