Beautiful refitted Bathroom

Carrie Ann was really helpful & professional without being pushy.. Contractors led by Steven were excellent. We’re delighted with the results. in our new bathroom.

We went out to find a local Scottish kitchen supplier, we wanted a no nonsense "we do it all for you" kind of company. So off we went and the company we went to see was closed, and we found Ashley Ann by accident, boy am I glad we did.
We went in we spoke with Mike, the local Stirling Manager and he said he would get the salesperson to give us a call and we met with Carrie Ann, duly contacted us we went in for a meeting and the design started. What made her stand out from Wren etc is that she designed what WE wanted, not what was convenient to them, as was the case with the bigger companies. The corner cupboards for example were made so they had two doors, and we could use the whole space rather than a pull-out contraption that lost a lot of space. It truly was a bespoke kitchen. Cost, it was not cheap, but not over the top either and you only get what you pay for. Enter Steven and his team, and boy were they good! They were excellent, in every conceivable way. Steven who was the project manager and lead fitter, managed the team with so much professionalism it was impressive to say the least. Nothing was too much. They stripped out the old kitchen, floor, tiles off the walls, replastered, laid new floor, and then came the kitchen. It was basically fitted within two and a half days, yes, we had a hiccup or two with some broken parts (which were replaced within six weeks), but it was left usable. This was all done believe it or not in six days. Would I recommend Carrie Ann and Steven (and his troupe)? 100% yes, good Scottish professional’s and you can find them in Stirling. We have just had an Ashley Ann kitchen installed. It was designed and overseen by Karen Aitken at the North Berwick showroom. Karen was extremely professional and guided us through the decision process effortlessly. Karen’s attention to detail left me with no negotiation to do at all. The fitters were introduced to us by Ashley Ann and have been faultless. The kitchen itself has exceeded all expectations, well made and beautifully designed.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and 2 shower-rooms from Ashley Ann. The Sales Designer, Scott Wilkie, was outstanding - taking time to understand our requirements and providing ideas and design expertise that were invaluable in helping us finalise our plans. The installation team were extremely professional with an admirable attention to detail. The quality and service provided by Ashley Ann definitely exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking for a quality kitchen and exceptional customer service.

Our initial experience with Ashley Ann was purchasing a new build property that had an Ashley Ann kitchen already installed, therefore no input from us. The quality and layout was great, however, there were a couple of minor additions we wanted to make. Brodie from the Inverness store provided what I can only describe as exceptional service - the monetary value of what we were asking for was small but he offered advice and options and genuinely made me feel it was an important project. We made a couple of variations and he provided new drawings each time and again provided helpful pointers. We are delighted with our completed kitchen and are considering upgrading elements in the future solely because of the service provided - the communication throughout was great. It’s unusual to receive all information you may need without having to ask, including helpful suggestions - none of which are about increasing their revenues, instead being 100% customer oriented. Very happy to be recommending Brodie and the team in Inverness.

From start to finish Gemma and her team at Ashley Ann in Thurso have been amazing. They scoped out the work needed, advised us on the products which will work best for us, managed issues relating to the fabric of an old building, figured out solutions to meet our needs. The project management of both the kitchen and bathroom installation has been superb, we can’t recommend them highly enough! Thank you Gemma and your whole team for making the process as positive and low stress as it could possibly have been.

Got in touch with Ashley Ann through the form on their website. Was emailed by Katie and invited to the Perth Showroom for an appointment. Tried to confirm the appointment twice but was ghosted by Katie for a week and a half with no explanation. Only received a reply once this review had been published. Very poor behaviour.

Excellent service from the outset. The Glasgow showroom were so helpful, checking everything, organising the fitting and following up to make sure we were happy with everything. Would highly recommend Gary and the team.

Coordinated the building and kitchen work professionally. Planning of the kitchen by Carrie Ann was first class. Overall experience was excellent from start to finish.

From planning, through design, supply and instalment to completion of my new kitchen, I was guided by staff with courtesy and respect. Like most major jobs there were some problems but they were easily fixed and I have enjoyed my new kitchen for almost a year now.

Great service from start to finish and a quality product

From start to finish, we had an amazing experience with Ashley Ann in installing a fully replaced bathroom. First off, in the design process, Scott couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable about the range of options, while taking careful account of our ideas and wishes. Living in a tenement flat means not being entirely sure of what the possibilities might be (and what might be uncovered), for which Scott provided expert advice, while being faithful to the overall look we were seeking. This balance between desired and realistic outcomes was further supported by Marshall's very careful initial assessment of the design vis-a-vis the constraints of creating a new bathroom in a building over 120 yrs old. The care taken at both of these stages was exemplary and it was continued through the installation process, expertly executed by Craig, Marshall and Chris. The minor problems that arose (due to the fabric of the building) were discussed fully with us and skilfully handled. The result is a bathroom that we could't be happier with, with high quality materials, fantastic craftsmanship, all of which will stand the test of time. Very professional. The fitters were outstanding- timely, friendly and very tidy!

Our initial contact with their staff was excellent. The designer asked about how we used our existing kitchen and along with us, produced a design for the new one which suited our lifestyle. The communication from start to finish was clear and accurate. The agreed timescale for delivery was adhered to. As we live on an island, remote from the showroom, they went out of their way to arrange the delivery from factory to our house.
The quality of the kitchen was so good that the installer commented that he had not seen one as good as this before.
Would defiantly recommend this company.

The whole experience with Ashley Ann in their Glasgow showroom from start to finish was excellent. Scott the designer did a great job of working with us to understand what we wanted to do and to help us keep within our budget. The designs he put together were perfect and really showed that he'd understood what we were trying to do.

Throughout the whole process, communication with Scott and the rest of the organisation was excellent - quick and clear and Scott always made sure we fully understood what was going on.

The actual installation process went ahead exactly as planned, the installers were a pleasure to have in our home and they made sure at every step of the way we understood what was going on and were consulted on all decisions that had to be made.

After care has also been excellent. We held off on writing this review for a month or so until after the install was complete to allow for any snagging, but the install has been so good there haven't been any snags we had to deal with.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ashley Ann in general and Scott in particular. Should we need to do more work on a kitchen in future we won't hesitate to go back to them and ask them to work with us again.

From start to finish, I had full confidence that my kitchen would live up to my expectations and I was not disappointed.

Christine, who designed my kitchen and managed the project, did an excellent job - she was always available by phone, email and site visits to ensure everything ran smoothly and, when my oven was accidentally damaged prior to delivery, had no hesitation in securing a top of the range replacement to be delivered within a few days.

Tommy and Billy, the fitters, arrived on time every day, worked extremely hard and kept me informed regularly about the installation schedule. They tidied up each day and even brought their own coffee machine.

Units and appliances arrived on the expected day so installation was not delayed.

I would highly recommend Christine and her team at Ashley Ann, Glasgow to provide a quality kitchen and am delighted with my new kitchen.

Allyson and her team at Leek were very helpful and did a professional job of planning our new kitchen. She listened to all our requirements and we now have an excellent quality kitchen which we are extremely happy with. Units and appliances arrived on time and Shaun and his team did an excellent job of fitting and work was completed in allocated three weeks. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Ashley Ann for your new kitchen.

Beth from the Edinburgh office was straightforward and took the time to produce a thoughtful design for our new kitchen.

The quality of the installed units, the plumbing, electrics & tiling are all excellent.

There were more minor issues than you expect from a premium company. The installation took 7 weeks rather than the stated 3 weeks. There was almost no communication from the Ashley Ann fitters during this extended period. Some snagging not adequately addressed. Post-installation photoshoot (optional) made a mess, etc.
