What can I say, we had a brilliant experience with Ashley Ann Stirling! We met the lovely and talented Tammy when we visited for a wander in the store to look at kitchens, from then we booked a home visit so Tammy could measure up and discuss a few initial likes and wishes. We then met with Tammy in the store and she had design already for us to go through in detail and show us the different worktops, cupboard options, hobs, taps etc etc where we could make any changes if we wanted. The detail she provided was amazing and we felt at ease and confident throughout the whole process. Tammy was always on hand for any queries. We had Steven and his fitters which was arranged through Tammy at Ashley Ann. Steven and team were absolutely brilliant throughout also. Kitchen is all finished and we absolutely love the design, quality and the attention to detail. Would highly recommend Ashley Ann Stirling especially Tammy and Steven and Team. Thank you all so very much!

From start to finish Gemma sorted everything. The Kitchen fitters from joiners plumber electrician and the gas safe guy did a brilliant job. They cleaned up every night before they left as well.

Helpful advice at the design stage, prompt instalation and a pleasant, helpful installer. Delighted with the end product.

We’ve just had our kitchen renewed by Ashley Ann and are very pleased with the result. We spoke with a few kitchen suppliers but went with Ashley Ann for a couple of reasons. The first is that we were able to retain our existing (Ashley Ann) kitchen units while renewing doors, worktop, sink, lighting etc. We felt that this would minimise disruption. That said we did consider a full kitchen replacement with other suppliers. And were it not for our Sales Designer, Sam (in the Glasgow showroom) we probably would have gone elsewhere. From the first meeting, Sam couldn’t have been more helpful. She was able to help bring our ideas to life, offer suggestions when we were struggling to decide and did all this with patience and without putting any pressure on us. Once we decided on doors, worktop and fittings, Sam coordinated the fitting with the joiner and worktop suppliers. All completed without a hitch. Delighted with the result.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Kirsty was particularly helpful with planning , as was the fitting team. The team were punctual , pleasant and left the house cleaner than it was before they came. I particularly liked the fact that Kirsty and the fitters made us feel that our custom mattered to them. I was having problem replacing an integrated fridge which was fitted by Ashley Ann over 20+ years ago (not bad for the lifetime use). On visiting the Perth they were able to arrange a new fridge and fitter to replace the old fridge within the week. I an am very pleased with service from staff and the fitter. I previously used Ashley Ann for a new kitchen so had no hesitation in choosing them to design and install a new bathroom in my house. They have now completed this to the same exceptional standard as my kitchen. All on schedule and expertly fitted.

Loved my kitchen of 44 years so I found it a very difficult task to replace it! Tried the usual big names with no joy. Then found an appealing design on the Ashley Ann website. After a couple of visits to their Glasgow showroom and a chat with Gavin we had found a contender in Ashley Ann. Gavin described what they did as a company, listened to our needs and after a few meetings (a couple of times extending beyond opening hours) a plan was made. Gavin came to the house to see the working space, gave us time to make up our mind, then returned with the fitter, Ian. We now have a new kitchen, beautifully fitted. Ian and his team were brilliant. They sought out problems and remedied them, with each trade working at a top level. We also have to mention Robert, who kept us smiling while the work was ongoing without losing focus on the task.
From Gavin's planning to Ian and his team's professionalism and friendly manner we could not have asked for better. Everyone contributed to make a dreaded experience wonderful. Thank you.

Our experience with Ashley Ann at Fenton Barns in East Lothian was exceptional. Our designer Heidi Denholm quickly understood our requirements and made some fabulous recommendations to make our kitchen beautiful and very efficient! During the installation she attended to every detail and kept us well informed. We live in the US, so her professionalism, enthusiasm and on site monitoring was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend Ashley Ann for their quality products and exceptional service in East Lothian.

Very pleased with kitchen installed by Ashley Ann (Aberdeen) towards the end of last year.
To date, cannot say anything detrimental regarding the build quality throughout the kitchen.
From help with design to installation, everyone involved provided excellent input. For example, during the fitting of the kitchen we were always consulted when there were various options for the placement of any water, lighting and electrical outputs.
We were slightly let down by the supplier of the solid work surfaces. With less than 24 hours to go before the fitting, we were informed that placement of any draining grooves around the sink ran the risk of the worktop fracturing. If we had included the draining grooves, any premature fracture would be our responsibility. In addition, the component worktops, which were installed in several pieces, were also supplied with different surface finishes. Some polished to a high sheen, others slightly duller with a honed finished. This wasn't initially identified by the fitters, but became apparent later and was very noticeable where these different finished butted against each other.
The mismatch in the various surfaces was resolved by having the surfaces refinished on site. Another option was to have had the worktops completely replaced, however, the upheaval this might involve wasn't appealing.
I would advise anyone considering a solid surface to be thorough in their research of these materials as we were mistaken in thinking that an apparently very durable material would be resistant to any staining from food stuffs or water. Protective covering (for example chopping boards) and the immediate removal of any spills is essential during food preparation.
Despite the issue with the worktops, partly as a result of our lack of homework in researching the materials, we would recommend Ashely Ann as a provider and installer of a kitchen. The quality and professionalism of the consultation, planning and installation felt very high.

Ashley Ann were the only kitchen company who offered us 3 initial design meetings before asking for any financial commitment. This was key to us going forward with them. They also helped us hugely in facilitating storage and delivery of our units after some delays on our extension which had to be built before the kitchen install. Any subsequent issues which arose during the install, which wasn’t being done by Ashley Ann installers, received prompt attention and focus from Ella & Beth in the Edinburgh showroom. At all times during the design and install stages they were both very approachable, attentive and focused on giving us good customer service. A pleasure to deal with.

Kitchen looks great, good use of the space, and very responsive to queries throughout the design and fitting process. Quality is excellent.

We were looking for a company to help design and install our home office. A few years ago we had signed on with another company but when it came to it that fell through so we ended up turning to Ashley Ann. When it came round to doing the work we worked with Jill in the Glasgow office, who could not have been friendlier. She was incredibly knowledgeable and spent a full afternoon going through all of the options and samples. What we ended up putting together looked fabulous and we couldnt wait until the installation. The installer was amazing and completed the work in 3 days - matching exactly what we had created in store. The work was completed to an incredibly high standard and we absolutely love it!

The person I dealt with in the showroom was exceptional, and made everything happen so efficiently. Thankyou Ashley Ann

This is my 3rd kitchen and 1st bathroom with Ashley Ann and I’m delighted the service has been second to none and Tammy looked after us exceptional well

Everything went smoothly, correct and on time. Communication was very good, always been kept in the loop and all work done to the high standard expected from Ashley Ann. All workmen were very polite, protected our new wood floor and left our kitchen clean after completion. I would highly recommend and well worth the extra money.

We have completed two new builds featuring Ashley Ann kitchens. While our first experience was fantastic, the level of customer service has significantly declined. Despite spending a substantial amount on additions for both properties—both pre- and post-sale—we were told that damage caused by a technician during a repair was within 'tolerance' by the Stirling branch.

After my concerns were dismissed, I was advised to contact Head Office. I filed a formal complaint on November 18th and received confirmation stating I would hear back within eight weeks. That deadline has passed, and I have had no response. The issues remain outstanding; Ashley Ann seriously needs to re-evaluate how they treat their returning customers."

Have used them before with no issues, but have gone downhill rapidly in Inverness,Terrible install, and not working correctly, fitters left a mess everywhere!
Contact local office who kept dodging calls and not calling back, put in an official complaint, and three weeks later still haven’t had any issues rectified.
Terrible customer service, and as you have to pay upfront left feeling deserted and having to get another fitter in at extra cost to fix their fxxxups.
Would not recommend at all.
