I had an issue with the motherboard on my pedals not connecting to my PC. I suspect a power surge may have damaged the board. Despite this happening during Asetek’s holiday break, their customer support was fantastic. As soon as they were back, their response was quick and incredibly helpful, and they shipped a replacement board to me with two-day delivery all the way from Europe to Canada!

Always a good service and good quality product

Shipping could have been faster and the installation instructions could have used an extra picture or two (I may have installed the standoff collars incorrectly the first time). Also, the printing to see which end is up required a jeweller's loupe. Other than that, it's great.

By far the best sim brand I’ve ever had to deal with. Had a slight issue and it was no questions asked, other than how can we solve it. Couldn’t ask for a better company that stands behind their products!

Generally fast shipping and delivery that is important for me, someone who do not have patience. Very secure and great packaging, good support communitcai.
Not too much of the reasons to lower the score, but I wish some products had physical manuals because QR code takes you to empty page. And Formula Pro wheel had clear description that it only has 2 touch zones on top, not "touch screen" that was kinda disappointing.

Shipping was very fast here in the United States due to their vast supplier across the country.
Coming from a 5nm base and now using the 27nm Invicta is a life changer. I have never felt so much detail in the sim. This is the END GAME setup for me!

More than month and a half waiting for my order. Lost by your transport agency, and still waiting

Received 2k worth of sim racing gear. The base could not be tuned to be smooth. I sent videos and support blamed it on tuning. I had tried a million different settings along with what Asetek suggested on there website. I have been sim racing for 15 years and had several direct drive bases and was excited to go to Asetek. We have multiple rigs equipped with Accuforce and Heusiveld gear and was thinking of upgrading them all. Not Anymore.. Very disappointed.

Great Products as christmas Gift for my husband.

Fast Shipping - I received the wheelbase much faster than I thought I would (N Texas). The packaging was well done. I’m still waiting on a third-party wheel from another supplier, so I haven’t set anything up yet.

Pre sales service was fantastic with all questions answered promptly in a friendly manner. Great range of products from mid range to high end and very reasonably priced for what you get. I spent over $4,000 NZD on a couple of wheels and the QR system and very happy with the build quality and value for $. However when they sent the wrong wheel their customer service did not go above any beyond.

1 of the wheels was a Christmas present for my son, as my partner wrapped the presents it was not until Christmas day when the box was opened we discovered the wheel was not the one we ordered. It was a different model and color.
Aseteks response was to put their quality control on me and ensure I check my order rather than put processes in place to prevent the wrong items being sent.

They also suggested I am lucky they are going to allow me a return on the wrong wheel and send the wheel I paid for as "some companies have a deadline for claims regarding the items you receive", which is against Danish consumer law that allow up to a whole 2 years!

I offered to pay the return shipping if they added some items of similar value when the correct wheel was sent, and when they said no to that I asked if I could purchase the items and have them sent in the same package. They said this was not possible "due to customs, you cannot combine orders or have 2 invoices covering it, it does not work"
This is a lie! As long as all the items are declared, you can put whatever you like in the box or boxes, In fact customs themselves will combine orders from separate retailers and different countries if they come arrive in the country within a few days of each other, I've had that happen before!

They eventually offered to refund the freight of my first order which is something, but I would have been a lot happier had they allowed me to add some items when the correct wheel is sent even I had to pay for them.

Despite this, I still think Asetek are great products and I hope to have better customer experiences in the future so I can come back and give them a 5 star rating which is what I gave them prior to the after sales service.

I had a problem with my wheelbase, asked to get parts to fix it myself but instead Asetek kindly replaced it even though it was out of warranty by a few days.

Great service and will now be upgrading my wheel as their service is so good.
