Worst shipping company in history

As of 11th of March 2026 the parcel is still lost and the company never reached out,n they only posted the answer here saying customer service will contact me. Biggest pile of BS... Still the worst shipping company in history. Complete fraud and doesn't even offer customer service for recipients. Managed to deliver a package in the wrong country and still claim correct delivery. Overpriced is understated. Their quality of service is criminally bad. Came here to warn others and then saw the average rating and could only laugh. Someone should be arrested and charged if a company is this bad.
Second experience was just as bad. Shipment stuck for weeks in France, even though it was intended to go from the US to Germany...

Why is it that you need a password when…

Why is it that you need a password when you are trying to track your package? The link in your mail is obviously a joke. If you don’t want people to be able to track their orders just take that option away from the mail. I have no idea where my package is. I have mo password sent to me.

My irreplaceable item has simply vanished

An irreplaceable item dispatched from the US through eBay's international fulfilment service was tracked by Asendia through to having cleared customs on 11th Jan. It then sat in that state for a week until mysteriously the entire tracking history was erased and rewritten to indicate that the "shipper has refused onward service". eBay to their credit has issued a refund but the item is an irreplaceable piece of vintage tech that cannot be replaced and will now probably be lost forever. Asendia are a pinnacle of ineptitude and it would be impossible to imagine worse service; there's no way whatsoever for me to reach anyone there to find out what went wrong.

EDIT: To be fair to Asendia the item eventually did turn up, taking a month to travel from the US. During this time it appears to have possibly made more than one journey to the UK and then back to the US - it's hard to tell, given that Asendia overwrote the original tracking history.

I did reach out to Asendia's customer 'service' prior to this, and they simply said that they had never received the item in the first place. A follow-up message which showed eBay's tracking history, refuting this, was simply ignored.

So while I do accept that any company that ships millions of items will mislay some, the service provided to the customer falls far, far below the standard you might expect.

To compare and contrast, Fedex had trouble delivering an item recently. I went down to the local branch office and a staff member there spent 20 minutes locating it and did finally succeed. I thanked him and he said 'that's what we're here for'. I don't think anyone who works for Asendia has the same work ethic, I'm afraid.

Avoid like the plague!

It is mind-boggling that this company hasn't gone under. They are the slowest shipping service I have EVER come across in 20+ years of shipping things (private and commercial). Their customer service is non-existent and did not reply to 3 separate emails, including from the vendor who shipped my order with them.

They take WEEKS to update tracking statuses. Their express option took a MONTH to ship between two EU countries only about 1500km away from each other...absolutely shocking when you consider that shipping from the US or China only takes a couple of weeks these days. I now absolutely refuse to do businesses with any vendor that uses Asendia. Avoid like the plague.

They keep losing my packages; NEVER use this shipping service

They flatout lost BOTH of my most recent orders. One has been missing since October (LS448099858CH); the seller now refuses to ship anything to me anymore because of the lousy experience with Asendia. The second one is going down the very same route and never made it out of the hub at all (420600099400109206094067264643). The item was limited and I probably won't get a chance to buy it again. In both cases the "customer support" simply shifted the blame to Etsy and told me to ask for my money back there. If you can help it, NEVER use Asendia for something you actually care about, there is a high chance you'll never see it and will spend months trying to get your money back afterwards, bothering sellers and shops as well.

/EDIT: It's now May 29th. That first shipment I mentioned? Yeah that never even made it to my country. That second one miracously started to move after my review.

Joke of a courier. AVIOD!!

An eBay purchase has been handed over to this joke of a company. Trackingbhasnt been updated in a week and I fully expect the parcel to be late, which will mean the purchase is free for me. The seller will loose out. Ebay sellers need to complain and ebay should drop this joke of a company.

Extremely poor communication

Can you imagine a shipping company that will not reply to you and that the parent company can only tell you to "be patient" instead of offering any information on what's going on with Asendia themselves, after waiting almost half a year for anything to happen? I sure can! I have been waiting for a package to come through Asendia Singapore since August of last year, but I've only gotten one reply from Asendia USA who just referred me to their Singapore dept. and never replied to me, nor did the USA dept. reply to me when I sent them a 2nd email. I also tried getting in touch through their contact form but never got anything out of that..

tl;dr Can't get replies from Asendia....... What a waste of time and money this "company" is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is by far the worst delivery service on this planet. You can literally send a donkey on its way and your parcel will arrive faster. How is this useless company even still in business? Would recommend everyone to stay as far away as possible, you'll only have issues

Terrible courier

No care

Oh, Asendia. They "delivered" my package outside the building in a pile of snow, and it was promptly stolen. The delivery driver could not be bothered to enter the lobby, so he left it near the sidewalk of an apartment building. It's so lacking in common sense it's difficult to believe. The worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Whenever I have contacted Asendia for customer service assistance I have had a great experience.

Awful service (well, NO service!)

So frustrated. Apparently they received my parcel from Lee Stafford on 10th Dec. I can see that on their tracking. No update since and no sign of my parcel. No reply to my request. Has anyone had any luck getting through to them? I don't know why companies are using them given their performance! Terrible service. So unprofessional. Just reply to your customers, do your job, or shut up shop!

I ordered a package through Temu

I ordered a package through Temu , on the 18th of December 2024 , Asendia was the only courier available at that time , i paid the custom fee on 25 December 2024 they claim they dont work on Public holidays but they notified me. Today is 02 January 2025 ,and i have not received my package ,i have ordered again on Temu, on 26 December 2024 , the package is in Cape Town and due for delivery tommorrow by Bufallo. Asendia is absolutely pathetic in communication and service delivery ,rather cancel your order then to make use of them.
