We do typically aim to deliver our international orders with 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch, this however can sometimes be slightly delayed.
In this case as a custom engraving was ordered, your order has been produced before being dispatched, hence the two week wait.

Missing Order
I ordered products almost 1 month ago to UAE- because international shipment was an available option. Still, I did not receive my order. It is not possible to track the shipment with the tracking number provided to me since the number does not work. I spent lots of time to understand, and UK delivery company says I need to track through Emirates Post system since the delivery location is UAE. However, I was not provided any tracking number for this. I wrote to Artis Opus team, no one got back to me with any update. I am still waiting for my delivery.

great customer service and products
Got the displays for my minis, they are fantastic, small issue with a cable missing and the light remote but it was solved right away when I emailed and out to me the next day. Liked them so much I got 2 sets.

I ordered series M, aside from a custom mishap in Italy everything went fine and the brushes are clearly extremely high quality, to the point that I feel like the brush is a bit too high quality for my level of skil 🤣

It's a conundrum I've invested in these…
It's a conundrum I've invested in these brushes but the fear of ruining them in a way is hampering my usage,don't get me wrong when I do there fantastic, as a newish model painter as I gain confidence they will become my go to brushes for everything,
In no way a negative review of the product just my ability to get the best out of them at the moment.

Fast delivery! I got a set of brushes for my boyfriend for his birthday and he hasn't stopped raving about them since he got them! He says they hold paint better than other brushes and are great for creating small lines. I would definitely recommend them.

Goose egg painting handle
I just bought the Goose painting handle and it has been by far my favorite painting handle I have ever used.
The weight and size fits perfectly in my hand and is extremely comfortable to work with.
I find most handles to be very small for my hands and to light and it's so nice having a product that I can actually feel the work I'm doing.
