I ordered a gift for my boyfriend (with a custom engraving), and I needed it by a specific date.
The store shipped my order via Royal Mail, and I haven't heard anything about it since! Customer support says I have to wait a month before they can resolve my issue! But I don't have that time; I'd like to receive my order. I don't know how my issue will be resolved; it's been three weeks since I placed my order.

I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied by our customer service. We always aim to give you all of the information available to us and do our best to get your order to you quickly.
The shipping which was selected on your order was untracked. I can assure you we have looked into this, but we are unable to access any further information than yourself regarding your shipment since it is untracked.
Since some international orders can take longer to arrive than the estimated 5-7 days, due to customs checks and other delays, we must give up to 4 weeks before considering an item as lost in transit.
If you have not received your item by the date previously specified, we will be happy to issue a refund or replacement immediately.

Excellent Experience

My partner was so happy with his present, particularly the engraving which I also thought was a lovely touch.

Great Quality Control
They make great Brushes with better quality control then what Winsor and Newton is putting out these days. They hold their tips very well. Big fan of their Series S Size 4 & 3.

Good quality, bad shipping
The brushes are really good and i enjoy painting with them. Sadly i got a brush where the some hairs had been bend backwards becouse of the protection cap.
It‘s really sad, becouse i was excited to get them and saved some money up, and then i see that the brush is damaged a bit.

A good product with a hefty price tag
After a long search for a display cabinet, I bought the biggest size of the Artis Opus one.
Although I appreciate the handmade craftsmanship, the product is priced well above its value (IMO).
The silicon holding the cable inside the cabinet being visible, the cheap power supply, the front plexiglas don't scream premium to me.
If it was half of the price, that would all be 'excused', but including out-of-EU tariffs and shipping, I think almost 300€ is a tough sell.

We do typically aim to deliver our international orders with 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch, this however can sometimes be slightly delayed.
In this case as a custom engraving was ordered, your order has been produced before being dispatched, hence the two week wait.

Missing Order
I ordered products almost 1 month ago to UAE- because international shipment was an available option. Still, I did not receive my order. It is not possible to track the shipment with the tracking number provided to me since the number does not work. I spent lots of time to understand, and UK delivery company says I need to track through Emirates Post system since the delivery location is UAE. However, I was not provided any tracking number for this. I wrote to Artis Opus team, no one got back to me with any update. I am still waiting for my delivery.
