I am really enjoying the new improved website with Artgallery.co.uk. Humph has been very helpful and proactive in helping to set it up and answer any concerns or questions we artists have. I was paid very promptly for the last piece of artwork and everything ran much more smoothly than in the previous couple of years and the website looks very professional too with lots of great pieces of artwork starting at £100

There is now a much higher standard of art available, and a smoother, safer, more reliable process for buying and selling art. Because of the partnership with Stripe and their proven track record, there is little or no chance of fraud and payments are made quickly once all parties are satisfied. Things will only get better as more and more quality art is uploaded for sale from the world class talented artists onboard.

Getting my sculptures up online is much easier than before. Really simple to do, I’m not great on computers but this is actually easy! My sculptures got approved quickly and I sold 1 last week!

I have been an artist on the site for about 6 years. The new owners have come in and fixed a lot of the problems with the site.
I can see sales rising already and hope it gets even better. it would be great to get artgallery.co.uk back to where it was

I have been with Artgallery since 2009 and the site was great but since my last review the site has really improved since the new owner ian has taken over . The site is far easier to navigate and find artworks for customers . The new owners have really taken on board artists comments and have actively worked to improve the infrastructure of the site so it makes it a front runner in the online sites . Many new artists have joined and there is a wealth of talent . I hope I am able to give it 5 STARS soon as it goes from strength to strength . Humph as always is fantastic and sorts out any issues quickly .

We have tried to create an account with ArtGallery in May. We filled all the needed information and the status remained as "awaiting admin approval" for almost 6 months!!!!! We are still waiting......

Absolutely terrible, thank goodness for Paypal...
The art gallery contacted me to state the product I had purchased was not available at the price they had advertised it for, the gallery stated that the seller had made a mistake to offer free postage, and agreed to refund the amount, but this only happened when I got Paypal involved & It took 6 weeks. Avoid, or be prepared to have a fight for your money back.
I am pleased to see that now under new management Artgallery is looking to regain its former status as one of the UKs top online selling platforms for Artists. As one of those artists I look forward to being a part of this.

Been with art gallery for many years and used to be a fantastic site, easy to sell through, well run, and good service, but after the big website update in 2019, it seems to have changed for the worse. Unintuitive to use, no longer show latest sales, artwork seems to sit in pending, and sales not showing up on account page. I am not sure what happened but I am now looking for alternative galleries

I am really happy with the painting I bought. It was very well packaged and exactly as described. I even received a lovely note from the artist. My only negative was I found it hard to browse the site. I ended up filtering by a colour I like because it was difficult to navigate and if you add something to your wishlist it takes you back to the start page again
Signed up for 12months to try them out, incredibly disappointed with service & sales, appeared to get worse after a website revamp during 2019, so many glitches & unresolved issues. Sadly, I didn’t bother to renew, a great shame but no point flogging a dead horse!

Was going to pay the £30 premium membership but thought I would test the standard service first, I'm glad I didn't pay.
I deleted my account now as had my 3 art work pending for about 5 days now.
So deleted my account as obviously is not a very professionally run company, will stick to the ones I'm currently with.

I bought three wonderful paintings and will be adding more to my collection. All original pieces. Extremely happy I found this site.
All paintings arrived quickly, tracking was provided and I received personilized notes from the artist thanking me for buying his paintings.
