extremely slow delivery service…
extremely slow delivery service compared to the past, and compared to other companies for luxury purchases where you spend 500 euros. No customer service engagement at all to apologize for delay. Still don't have it because the delivery was probably not top tier and when I had to send it to a paketstation, it was not delivered there on time either.

Ordered a beautiful Louis V Alma in yellow and it arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I’ve ordered designer collections before from other websites and when they arrived, the condition of the item was poor, but not depicted in the images shown on the website, but this one was true to the items condition! Good purchase - poor quality delivery
Delivery took more days than stated on the website. Instead of 3-6, the parcel was delivered in 8. The courier did not come to the house, but simply left my parcel at the delivery point.
I think that for such goods, delivery should be of better quality.
But, if you do not take into account this experience: everything from the purchase to the packaging was excellent. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
