Excellent condition true to images on website
Ordered a beautiful Louis V Alma in yellow and it arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I’ve ordered designer collections before from other websites and when they arrived, the condition of the item was poor, but not depicted in the images shown on the website, but this one was true to the items condition! I would definitely order from them again.

The product I received was in good condition. However, customer service is very difficult to deal with. They are hard to reach, and once you do get in contact, they may stop responding altogether. Overall, communication with customer support was extremely frustrating.

Good purchase - poor quality delivery
Delivery took more days than stated on the website. Instead of 3-6, the parcel was delivered in 8. The courier did not come to the house, but simply left my parcel at the delivery point.
I think that for such goods, delivery should be of better quality.
But, if you do not take into account this experience: everything from the purchase to the packaging was excellent. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Customer service slow and unhelpful
Customer service slow and unhelpful. Was repeatedly asked for an EORI by DHL and they didnt deal with the issue I had to call and explain I wasn’t business myself. When the bag arrived it was as described but after a day of having it in my office I realised it smelt really musty like it had been stored somewhere inappropriately for a designer bag. Smells should also be included on a listing. Sadly for me it was too late as I’d cut the tag otherwise I would have returned. Now I have to work out how to stop it stinking
