My experience was great in ordering for my nephew in the UK. I ordered from Australia. He really loved it. It was a sentimental present to my nephew as I have terminal cancer.

The watch I chose was special as it was for an important birthday. The engraving was amazing, I had it done in my own handwriting and it was matched perfectly. It was well presented in a lovely box. It arrived promptly and safely. Ordering was easy, as was sending over the copy of my requested engraving. I would recommend this Company to anyone looking for that special gift for an important occasion.

The watch is nice and the engraving is very clear. So thank you for that. But the packaging box was not of good quality. A portion of the box is ripping off and most important it was different from what was shown on the product picture on the website. It would be good that what a customer receives should be the same as what shows on the website.
