Great quality watch. Arrived extremely quickly including engraving. Great company to deal with.

After months of looking for a watch I liked, I came across Architect Watches and my mind was made up in a flash. Because of a slight fault with the watch, upon my emailing about the issue, customer services promptly and pleasantly replied, offering a replacement without quibble, and it was sent out the next working day.

Ordered my partner’s watch with engraving on and it was dispatched and delivered within 24 hours. The quality of the watch for the price is outstanding!
My partner then wanted a silver watch strap to match so that he can rotate straps however I ordered the incorrect size.
I used the messenger service on the website and received instant correspondence and my issue was resolved.
I would definitely use this company again, especially as my brother’s 21st is coming up.

Some brands just really put in the effort, and architect is very much one of those. To start with the watch - I wanted something clean and minimalist and the Zephyr absolutely fits the bill. The build quality is first-rate and the engraving is done to a very high standard. It feels comfortable, well-made and elegant on your wrist. The quality of the watches is backed by a really excellent shopping experience, great customer service, rapid delivery and a reasonable price point. All-in-all, I would 100% recommend.
