I’m writing this on behalf of an advertising client, and overall our experience with Arcads.ai has been very positive.

We’ve created dozens of videos using many different features on the platform. When Arcads fits the use case, it produces high-quality, realistic videos with strong lip-sync and audio. It has saved us a significant amount of time and production cost compared to filming and editing with real actors.

One feature we especially value is the ability to connect via API to ElevenLabs for custom voices. Having that level of voice control makes a big difference in advertising and allows us to better match tone, branding, and audience expectations.

I also want to specifically shout out Nilo from the support team. Support has been consistently fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Whenever we’ve run into technical issues or limitations, Nilo and the team have taken the time to help troubleshoot and find workable solutions.

I know some reviewers feel the platform is expensive or that essential features are behind a paywall. That concern is understandable, but when you compare the cost to traditional video production with actors, crews, and editing, Arcads still provides strong value.

It may not be the perfect fit for every single use case, but as a scalable AI video platform with solid output, flexible voice options, and excellent support, Arcads.ai has been a reliable tool for our campaigns.

First time I've found an AI video platform that delivers real useable content fast. Still needs iteration but the best I've found so far by a long way.

For an AI platform, I thought I will always be gonna communicate with an AI. I did, and it was great but when the topic became deeper, a human support actually jumped in and helped me all the way. Kudos!

Great product, too! Lots of potential

Videos produced look NOTHING like their ads - glitchy/not lip synced & clearly AI. Could never put this content out, it's freaky!

Reached out to support twice for guidance...no reply either time.

Complete Ripoff. We onboarded them for ai ads. We got horrible renders that made no sense. Reached out to CS for a week, no reply. Commented on their facebook ads and they hid or deleted the comments (I know because I bookmarked them to go back and see if they replied, and shocker, my comments were magically gone each time). Not sure why they are scamming people, but now I have to dispute the charges.

What an amazing platform and now with mutitude of different models to choose from (Including Sora 2 Pro - gamechanger) and various other templates also, ArcAds is defintely leading the pack. Not cheap - but you get what you pay for! Customer service is great too! 5* from me! Keep doing what you're doing ArcAds!

$110/month for *@itt. Man this is robbery of highest level and the AI delivers BS 🤬. Got scammed by the Influencers posting on YouTube. What they claims doesn't even delivers. AI makes totally non sense.

The sell for this website is completely misleading, they say it can be used to create ads like an actors wearing leggings. This must be the only thing it works for, you give it prompts and it pops out complete AI goup that makes no sense and doesn’t follow even very detailed instructions, the fact it costs £200 for this is even worse, as a creator it is by far the worst platform I have used to get content for ads, nothing is salvageable. Any creators looking for a good tool for ads? Stay absolutely clear of Arcads.

not worth it. not even a support mail anywhere. classic french business behaviours. should be prohibited to allow french companies to start a business!

I joined the Arcads.ai affiliate program and generated valid sign-ups in accordance with the stated terms. However, my commission has been overdue for a long time and has yet to be paid, despite numerous attempts to contact them through various support channels. The lack of clear responses, no specific timeline for processing, and failure to fulfill partner commitments have left me disappointed and distrustful. I recommend that publishers carefully consider before joining or recommending the Arcads.ai affiliate program.

I’ve been highly impressed with ArcAds.ai. The AI-generated ads are performing at a similar level to real people for me, but at around 1/20th of the cost—and the ability to update, iterate, and relaunch creatives quickly is a massive advantage.

The platform is easy to use and makes producing UGC-style content fast and practical, especially when you’re testing hooks and angles.

Customer service has also been excellent: responsive, proactive, and genuinely helpful when I’ve needed support or advice.

When it comes to fraud , this is the most fraudulent and dishonest company I have ever partnered with , they are the most cunning ,crafty set of individuals I have seen in my life ….

They almost made my life miserable by being their partner , they always want to sideline you from the business you have with them .

I registered as a promoter of this product , i made them sales , they made money ,when the time to pay my part of the money came ,the cat and rat chase began , it took several weeks of no responses,running from responding to email , playing corporate gimmicks ,

Until they were threatened .

They paid a little part of the money and forfeited the remaining balance by saying they found a violation of rules which turns out to be so untrue as one of them had initially verified and confirmed I didn’t circumvent any rules or terms after I provided all the requested information for vetting then.

The verifier first claimed they assumed I was circumventing the system without making any attempt to verify anything initially and held on to my money until they were threatened.

They just want to be greedy and use people as slaves without giving others the share of the business you give to them .

I had a very positive experience with Arcads.ai.

The team has been extremely professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my use of the platform. Support is always available, takes the time to explain things clearly, and follows up properly — which is rare and highly appreciated.

The app itself is very promising and clearly positioned on a strong and relevant niche. It already delivers real value, and you can feel that there is a clear vision behind the product.

The only constructive point — which is completely normal at this stage — is that the app still needs to evolve and mature. But this applies to almost all AI tools right now: we are clearly at the beginning of a new technological cycle.

Overall, a serious team, a solid product foundation, and a lot of potential.
Well done to the Arcads team — I’m confident this platform will keep improving.
