Nilo was incredibly helpful to showcase more in-depth how the platform works. He helped me finish my projects and helped with troubleshooting as well!

Their ads are fake
They use real actors and claim it was made with their "ai tool" , it's not , it's all a scam.
The tool is just a wrapper of existing video and image models , and they produce the uncanny robotic trash that is obviously ai.

Becareful do not fall for this scam.

Terrible quality videos in my experience. Not one usable video.
I attempted to reach out to customer support after they charged me a second time, and hadn't received a response for over 3 weeks. Upon another follow up, the customer support person responded with "done" and nothing else.
Don't think this bodes well for their ability to assist brands looking to scale their Meta ad creation process.

spent over $1400 and tried to make a product video gave it a photo of my product and it not only changed how it looked but it barely resembled any real product much less the one I uploaded, Support what support no responses at all. total TRASH DO NOT buy run forest run

AWFUL, I own an ecom brand & tried to create a very basic 5 second video- lip sync is totally off, glitchy and very low quality, don't waste your money. No customer service, they are genuinely stealing money from people & using that money to pay creators to promote the business - DON'T DO IT

So I am a Brand Owner and I wanted to try out Arcads because it got recommended to me by ChatGPT lol and I saw some Meta Ads. I Tried multiple Models and modes including Switching Avatars and UGC Product Videos. It really was a bad experience. The Videos are just low quality with improper lipsync especially in German or other foreign languages. The Product placement feature does not really work. You are better off just using the Models (Nano and Kling) themselves and Investing in some proper prompting. Also you cannot create longer Videos + 12 seconds that maintain quality. I think it could be good in the future but honestly right now not recommendable. If you do not want to switch avatar and only have a person talking without the product it is an Okay Option I would say.

NO SUPPORT AT ALL! Trying to contact them for 15 days. No one replied!

DO NOT BUY! Terrible customer service. No support. App uses your credits and doesn't do what you want it to. It's really expensive and there is no way to get your credits back or get help.

I am new to this...it seems the ads on Facebook that drew me here to spend my money.....don't quite match up with the experience. To be fair, I am just exploring, but the instructions are non-existent and I am just trying to plow my way through. I am adding photos that show up, but then don't know what to do with them. The "help-bot" says I can edit, but then I download and try to edit and it tells me the file is too big...well you made it that way! Just trying to figure it all out.

I advertised for arcads.ai and generated revenue for them, which means I received a commission. I incurred advertising costs to generate that revenue for them, and my commission was supposed to be generated in August 2025, but as of today (February 12, 2026), they still haven't paid me. I'm quite disappointed with this company.

Arcads is an excellent tool for creating different types of content, especially their AI Talking Actors, which have been a huge help for our business. The platform is very easy to navigate, and video generation is impressively fast. On top of that, their customer support is responsive, friendly, and very accommodating whenever we need assistance. Overall, Arcads has made our content creation process much more efficient and enjoyable.

These guys “are” the game when it comes to AI generated videos! Things don’t always work out perfectly, but then again, we are talking about AI looking so insanely human that you sometimes feel like you are working 10 years in the future already, which is crazy, right?! Used the platform for a variety of AI ads. They are expensive but usually have pretty good results. When the results did not come out clean, I messaged the team and after reviewing, they credited me back my tokens. Also Nilo, the individual who credited me back, answered all my questions on creating a better prompts and which models to use. Not many AI services will give you back your tokens if your generation did not come out correctly.

The support is hideous, can take hours to get back to you. We have tried multiple times to get somethign achieved but it constantly glitches and files evaporate. It takes 2 HOURS to redner a 20 second video. It's expensive on credits as you can't see exactly what you woudl have before you pay for the final version. The biggest gripe is support, they are so absurdly slow you can't operate a business with this kind of assistance. We are going to move to another solution.

I experienced some issues with credits not working properly at first, which was frustrating. However, the support team was extremely responsive and handled the situation very quickly by refunding the credits.

Their customer service is really efficient and proactive, which I truly appreciate. Overall, I’m satisfied with the platform and especially with how fast they respond and solve problems.

I’m writing this on behalf of an advertising client, and overall our experience with Arcads.ai has been very positive.

We’ve created dozens of videos using many different features on the platform. When Arcads fits the use case, it produces high-quality, realistic videos with strong lip-sync and audio. It has saved us a significant amount of time and production cost compared to filming and editing with real actors.

One feature we especially value is the ability to connect via API to ElevenLabs for custom voices. Having that level of voice control makes a big difference in advertising and allows us to better match tone, branding, and audience expectations.

I also want to specifically shout out Nilo from the support team. Support has been consistently fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Whenever we’ve run into technical issues or limitations, Nilo and the team have taken the time to help troubleshoot and find workable solutions.

I know some reviewers feel the platform is expensive or that essential features are behind a paywall. That concern is understandable, but when you compare the cost to traditional video production with actors, crews, and editing, Arcads still provides strong value.

It may not be the perfect fit for every single use case, but as a scalable AI video platform with solid output, flexible voice options, and excellent support, Arcads.ai has been a reliable tool for our campaigns.
