1. order(i dont know what its called right know but the green thing with the switches on it for a japanese lever) - everything was fine untile it startet to have malfunktions after a few month rarely using the stick
2. order(Crown CWL-309MJ-KMS-ST35 Arcade Joystick) - tought everything was fine but after 2-3 days the stick felt like a cheap china production. 1 side the input is instatntly there and other side i almost have to pull the lever to the edge

1/ This part is called a TP-MA.
2/ The Crown Joysticks are high quality Korean Imports and used by many customers and professional players. Sometimes these can take some getting used to if a customer has never used one before, but they are far superior to cheaper parts. Might be worth reseating the rubber grommet on the joystick to see if this helps. The microswitches can also be tweaked to increase or decrease sensitivity, by using a pair of long nose pliers.

That's the last chance I'm giving this company. Paid £10 extra for deliver before 12noon that was Thursday. Just got a text from DHL it won't be here until Monday and I know what they will say its not our fault its the delivery company but what's the point of paying all that extra to get item quicker if they can't back it up. Finished now . I will never order again and I suggest if you need anything from them order it a least 2 weeks before you need it.

Recently got into arcade machines as a hobby. Not really knowing where to shop just researched on the net. I ordered bits from a few places and arcade world IS BY FAR THE BEST. Delivery was twice as fast as the other places all orders were complete and no hassle. This is now the only place I will get my parts from. Excellent!!!!!

I bought a bunch of Suzo happ buttons and cherry switches to upgrade my X-Arcade, items arrived well-packed within two days. I will definitely be buying from them again when I upgrade the sticks!
Also, I had a couple of product questions and emailed them, they replied within a day with honest, detailed and helpful advice. Great customer support!

Great service !
Great service, received a 2 player joystick package / bundle, where one of the joystick shafts, had a thread too small for the balltop to stick.
Wrote to Arcadeworlduk, to ask for instructions for returning the joystick.
They simply sent me a new joystick, the old one, I could keep for spareparts - GREAT service.
Will surely do business here again !
