Unparalleled customer service!
I big thank you to Andy for helping me with my order where I had incorrectly ordered a number of items that either wouldn't fit properly or I had accidentally ordered more than I needed. I called him 10 minutes before the shop closed to try to leave a message for tomorrow so I could correct the problem, but instead of locking up and going home he called back immediately and went through the whole order to check it over with me so I wouldn't worry. He also spent the time going through different options in case I hadn't thought about it.
The box arrived the next day well packed and everything was present and correct.
Andy, you set a very high bar for customer service and I cannot thank you enough. The 5 stars for this company are well earned and I would recommend it to anyone.
