Filing cabinet foibles
The instructions/diagrams could have been a bit clearer. I put the locking device upside down! And the delivery company, left the heavy box at the bottom of our front steps and didn't ring the doorbell to notify us. I am 90-years-old and couldn't lift the box up the stairs. Fortunately, a neighbour was kind enough to let me know the package had been delivered and brought it into the house. Overall, it is a beautiful piece of furniture and it serves my purposes.

The tents/canopies (3) I purchased were fine, but the storage/transport bags that they came in were paper thin, weak and easily ripped under the least amount of stress/use. I find this unacceptable as the intent of purchasing the canopies was to use them on multiple occasions...as a result, I will not be making any future purchases of this nature with your company.

Great product
Product is great. Not that difficult to assemble even for a 73 year old woman. 😁. It's a recycle bin storage box. We had a huge thunderstorm and it appears to be waterproof. Very impressed. Fast shipping.

We purchased a beautiful gazebo to pur over our hot tub. We are happy with it and ordering directly from Aosom saved us a pile of money. It looks great but the assembly wasn't as seamless as we would have hoped. The roof panels weren't easy to get in at all and took some McGyvering to get it put together. Allow 6 hours for 2 people to assemble. Once assembled, we were very happy with it and glad we purchased this one.
