I would like to say that the intro meeting was enough to understand the unclear matters in regard the next steps of the process. Also, the paper support with the slides was a big help.
The staff helped with additional questions and they offer continuous feedback in regard of the process needed to be follow.

I didn't understand the purpose of the…
I didn't understand the purpose of the meeting. My questions could have been easily answered by making a phone call.
We did not check either my cv or the cover letters for feedback, but only if I have been following the regulations.
Overall, I am disappointed from the a-kasse for having noone related to my field in order to help me and give constructive criticism on my applications in order to improve.
