Massive increase in premium
They increased my insurance by around 40% at renewal. When I also mentioned I had very minor high blood pressure they almost wanted to double that premium. I checked with other Insurers who did not increase the premium for this. Felt like the person on the phone was reading from a script.

Cancelled my policy and they confirmed it was cancelled then then sent me a new policy and took the money out of my account 😡

Poor customer service
It took 10 phone calls to finally speak to someone in order to change my credit card details. 7 calls were cut off after about 15 mins on hold, 2 were cut off immediately after being answered. First request for a call back ignored.
Finally on 10th attempt I did get a call back.
Poor customer service.

We cancelled auto renewal, still advised renewing
We cancelled auto renewal, over the phone, on 23rd March.
We have been sent an email advising that our insurance has now been auto renewed.
I sent an email and have had no reply.

I tried to renew my insurance through…
I tried to renew my insurance through the company’s new portal, but after paying successfully, the system showed an error and the renewal never appeared. Support confirmed they received my payment and said IT would fix it, but no one ever followed up despite multiple conversations with different agents.
I requested a refund on 30 March and was told I’d receive it within 3–5 days, but it still hasn’t arrived. Instead, the company created a new policy I never asked for, with incorrect personal details, and the portal still shows the same error.
Overall, the process has been disorganized, slow, and frustrating, with no resolution and no refund.
