A decent priced annual multi trip travel insurance. My only complaint is not being able to change the renewal date by a week or so to make it more convenient for us. Other than that seems all okay.
Thank goodness we have not had to claim in the few years we have been customers.

I suggest that automatic renewal should not be applicable by default, and that it should be an option to turn on/off at the time of insurance purchase.

Efficient service
