Very happy with the item purchased and came extremely well packed. However the delivery company made an utter mess of delivering. The team at Annie Mo's - in particular John, could not have been more helpful in sorting out a problem not of their making, they were badly let down by the delivery company. Called back with updates and did everything they could to keep me informed - really great customer service. Thank you.

I’ve lost count of the amount of beautiful pieces I have from Annie Mo’s.

Their warehouse sale drew me in and I’ve been hocked ever since. The staff are amazing, welcoming, friendly and informative.

We’ve been customers for over 10 years and it’s always the first place we look when we are looking for home ware, faux flowers and furniture. The team, led by Judith and Emily, are so helpful and always go above and beyond. I would also say, they are very competitively priced and we have full trust they only stock quality items.

It's always a delight to have a browse in Annie Mo's, an absolute treasure trove of gorgeous furniture and accessories. I always find something to take home! The team are always on hand with advice and a smile. A great local business well worthy of support. Keep doing what your doing guys ☺️

“My daughter spoke to you this morning, after sending 2 emails that you did not respond to. As you are aware the large ceramic house from the order does not light up, therefore not fit for purpose. You said that you would send a replacement once you received the faulty one back, and that you are within your rights to do this! You did say that you would arrange for it to be collected, but somebody would have to wait in all day from 8am to 8pm, which is not reasonable or acceptable. So she has an item that is faulty through no fault of her own!!

My family and I have only just found your shop online and this is our first experience dealing with you. We were planning to buy furniture from you in the new year, however we most certainly will not be purchasing anything from you in the future; zero for customer service and your attitude was to say the least disappointing. I will also inform my friends.”

Ordered the ‘mist over water’ framed picture on Saturday and couldn’t be happier. I’d seen this elsewhere but a lot more expensive so shopped around and found Annie Mo’s. Same picture but £135
cheaper including delivery! (With an instagram discount code also). Arrived well packaged by Tuesday afternoon. It’s absolutely stunning and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Would definitely buy from again and recommend. Thanks so much

I ordered 4 framed prints several months ago. The total cost was £198.00. Confirmation was received and I looked forward to my prints arriving. The prints did not arrive. I contacted Annie Mo's several times by email and telephone. Emails were not replied to. I made a number of phone calls which all rang through to an answerphone. However, each call was ended as soon as I tried to leave a message. This went on for a number of weeks.
So, no prints, no contact and no refund!
Fortunately I made the purchase on a credit card so insurance has reimbursed me.
My recommendation is give Annie Mo's a very, very wide berth!!

If I could give a rating of zero I would. Absolutely appalling customer service. Lovely until you have a faulty product and then they are not interested. I was extremely patient And pleasant throughout. The owner however is especially rude and extremely condescending. Bought items totalling hundreds of pounds and would have purchased more in the future however I would avoid this company as the owner is dreadful. Seem to forget who is keeping the company afloat. THE CUSTOMERS.

My item from Annie Mo's arrived today and is perfect! I can't understand why people are stating that they have bad customer service, the customer service was amazing. I contacted them both by email and phone and they responded and answered my queries. They called me this week to ask which day would be suitable for delivery so they kept me up to date with my order. I also asked specifically if they could pass on a note to the delivery driver to contact me due to having access issues; they wrote on my package that I needed to be called on arrival and the delivery company contacted me. If they hadn't the package would have been sitting in the rain as the tracking information on the Fedex site was wrong, so I'm really massively grateful for this. I found them really helpful and lovely to deal with. I would definitely recommend and would 100% use them again. Please ignore the 1 star reviews, I swear they must have the wrong company!?!

Ordered the Antiqued Golden and Glass Bobble Lamp with Shade on Tuesday. Delivered the next day - perfectly bubble wrapped to avoid damage. I absolutely love it. Exactly what I wanted. I've used my own shade but the provided shade will come in handy for other purposes. It doesn't quite sit flat unfortunately, but I'll find a way to fix that. I still can't give less than 5. I also spoke to a member of staff a couple of times, and they were very helpful and responsive.

AVOID! Never delivered item and they ignore emails.

I have bought many, many items from Annie Mo's over the years and I can honestly say I've never been disappointed. Always great quality items at very competitive prices and excellent customer service too. I love the sometimes quirky asthetic, some really unusual and beautiful pieces of homeware. I highly recommend Annie Mo's for gorgeous decorative pieces, you won't be disappointed!

Very helpful when I was looking for a specific cloche for my cake stand. Emily showed me various options at different price points. It arrived promptly and communication was great. Will be back in the future. Thank you

I have been purchasing from Annie Mo’s for years and always experienced the same professional service.

Took the money and then they stated out of stock and would be with me in a few weeks, still nothing, months have now passed without anything, and unable to contact. Do not order from this company, you will regret it

If there was a blueprint for how to mess up and order and then continue to mess it up for months after the faulty product has been delivered then Annie Mo's wrote it.
Product delivered late, zero updates. It wasnt the delays that bothered me but the lack of updates on the situation, terrible.
product arrives and is faulty, table leg doesn't attach, left with us with the promise this will be recifiied asap, again phoning constantly after a few weeks to again be fobbed off with a promise of a repair(never happened), to being accused of ruining someones xmas eve by asking what was going to happen next and telling the staff member this wasnt good enough. After a few more weeks of being ingored we finally managed to get the table lifted as we wanted nothing to do with it or Annie Mo's, left a very bitter taste in our mouth about every using them again.

I placed an order with this company as a gift online. After a week I happened to come across the reviews on here and panicked as they don't seem to good, I contacted the company who could not have done anymore to help me they have been amazing!!! They were waiting for the size I ordered to come in, but offered me the next size up at no extra cost, they even shipped them next day, I am so grateful!
