Our new bed is absolutely beautiful. Customer service was excellent, from start to finish. I requested a fabric swatch which was sent out so quickly, the ordering process was easy and I was contacted promptly to arrange delivery too. Really fantastic customer service, it was so refreshing to buy from a company who actually cares.
I had a minor issue which was resolved promptly and the Grosvenor team really went out of their way to ensure I was happy - even after I had made an error with delivery dates, they were incredibly accommodating.
Everybody I spoke to was polite and professional, from customer service, through to the delivery drivers.
I'm so pleased I paid a little extra for quality, beautiful furniture that came with excellent customer service.
Well worth the money! highly recommend!
