When I checked the tracking of this item, it shows it originated in Karachi, PK, I got nervous because I did not know what to expect from a Pakistani made quality. After I received it, the item matched the picture on the website and it fit me just as I was hoping that it would. I am very happy now that I purchased this item from this company.

Having previously given a one-star review (which received a swift response), my jacket has now arrived. It is excellent quality and I am very pleased with it. It is well worth the price asked. My only remaining reservation is that I originally paid extra for the faster delivery. I would advise anyone buying to ignore that and just go for the standard delivery. If the company had been slightly more straightforward from the start and stated that delivery would be 8-10 days, I would never have needed to complain in the first place and would simply have waited. In the event, it was nine days from order to delivery - not bad, really, so why promise a much shorter wait that cannot possibly be kept? Anyway, I am now well pleased.

The jacket is beautiful. I appreciate the status updates and lovely jacket.

Up until this purchase, I couldn't find a properly fitted coat. Sleeves reach the wrists, length reaches ankles, snug at the core, yet enough for layers. Heavy, durable leather material, built to last. Perfect coat!

I ordered a leather jacket from Angel Jackets and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

The jacket I received was very poor quality. The leather was extremely stiff, heavily creased from being folded for shipping, and had a strong chemical smell. It did not resemble the soft lambskin leather described on the website, nor did it look like the product photos.

The fit was also very unusual, with excessively wide cuffs and an awkward cut at the front. Additionally, the jacket arrived with two noticeable holes in the right sleeve, which was the most concerning issue.

Although Angel Jackets advertises a 30-day returns policy, the return process was not straightforward. I was asked to provide photos and a video of the damage before the issue was reviewed, rather than receiving an immediate refund.

To be fair, they did agree to issue a refund within two days. However, it then took 19 days for the money to actually be returned to my account. During that time, I had to follow up several times as there were no proactive updates. I was given different explanations for the delay, and at one point was told the refund had been processed when it had not yet appeared. Eventually, the refund did come through and I received my £129 back.

Overall, this was a stressful and frustrating experience from start to finish. Based on my personal experience, I would not choose to shop with Angel Jackets again.

Was sceptical about buying a leather coat online, absolutely nothing to worry about this coat is perfect, my partner loves it, the leather is so soft the fit and colour perfect, quality outstanding, the prices unbelievable and affordable, lots of choices online, fast delivery, tracking from start to finish, if your hesitating then don’t, buy it, he’s looking at buying a second one now..

Absolutely love this jacket! Finding women’s jacket in Tall sizes is a challenge so I was so excited when I found this. I love that they cover the ends of my gloves and lower back when I’m riding. The leather is super soft and mobility is good in the jacket. The zippers catch a little bit, but I added graphite and they seem to slide a bit better now. I’m generally a true size M. The Medium fits me a bit loose in the body and sleeves, but doesn’t make me look too bulky. I think if I were to buy again, I would have opted for the Small.

I saw the Angel Jacket add on Google and looked through their selection. I was a bit nervous as the reviews for the company were mixed. I received a beautiful leather jacket as a Christmas present for my husband. He loved it. It fit great and the leather is nice and the color is great. I would recommend this product!

Are all these positive reviews fake???

Angel Jackets looks and sounds good but there seems to be quite a few other companies selling the exact same stock at the exact same price points in the exact same way!
So did my due diligence before ordering and all the online reviews I could find were all mostly positive so felt encouraged to order!
Seems I've made a BIG mistake...ordered a suede jacket back in December and the order status has never changed or been updated since to show any progress what's so ever with my order. Two months still waiting!
Have contacted Angel Jackets twice in this time, they have responded both times but both times the feedback has basically been lies to lead me on and worryingly it's become very clear that they actually do not have the ability to provide the jacket ordered!

I've had to report to my payment provider.

My advice... AVOID... AVOID... AVOID!!!

First time purchasing from Angeljackets and I am satisfied with my purchase.
The coat is well made and fits well.
I was at first hesitant to purchase online but everything worked out well.
I look forward to purchasing from them in the future.

Wanting to return the jacket, after a bit of confusion with the returns process the customer service was exceptional and left feeling very reassured. I have two more jackets on the way which I hope suit me so I can keep those ones as the jacket I ordered originally was very good quality, just didn't suit me.
