all gott here in due time, well packed and sealed.
one star i take off for the sole reason that i myself can not assure that those ingredients are all where they should be .
but then again, you can not ever know.
among other things i ordered maca biologique.
i wanted extrait and not powder.
because powder might be just dried maca, ineffective, because it needs to be cooked first to have the anti fatigue effect.
so i hope this really is extract.

Customer attention isn't very quick, neither helpful
It was the first time I tried to buy here. I experienced a problem during payment stating that my credit card (VISA) was being refused. Please note that no other payment methods are being accepted, such as PayPal.
The error page was very helpful and indicated that I should get in contact with Anastore either by phone or email to resolve this problem. As it was 6PM, phone support wasn't an option (business hours till 5PM), so I sent an email.
As I was aware that this wasn't a Spanish company (I'm in Spain), I wrote to email in English hoping that I would receive a quicker response. However, to the English email I never got a reply (today 3 days later).
Instead, the next morning I received a (what I think automated) email in Spanish stating that my sale didn't go through, and to please respond to the email indicating why. I replied that my credit card was apparently being refused, and requested advice on how to proceed.
It was not until TWO DAYS later (3 days after I tried to buy) that I received a response telling me that they cannot help me, and that I should talk to my bank.
I just bought the product at another store, with the same credit card, this time without any problems.
I honestly don't think I will try to buy again.
