February 28 was Sunday. Free Global Mail shipments are made 2 times a week, your order has been sent on March 3, for which 16 business days have passed today. On our website we indicate that the delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks, weekends and holidays excluded, exactly in these terms, which you can check in our transport policy, below our home page:

Certain products are shipped only by Express mail due to their weight or volume.

IMPORTANT: All orders received before 11 am are shipped the same day. Starting at 11 am on Friday, they are processed the following Monday.

It's a fact that for several weeks, the customs of Switzerland and the United Kingdom, countries that don't belong to the EEC, have been returning whole bags of Global Mail shipments to us. We 're respecting our commitment to our customers in both countries by forwarding with DHL Express.

We don't pretend to believe anything negative about you but neither are we that bad despite not having responded within the minute of your message,

If there're no incidents such as the one mentioned above, your order should be delivered on April 1, end of the stipulated period, if not, we will proceed as with the other affected customers, we will propose a resend or a refund, with the commitment for your part to inform us if you receive Global Mail in the meantime.

Anastore as a company has a very long and highly valued history and it's not in our interest to damage our reputation or harm our customers.

Hello Mr. Mentzer,

If in doubt, you should have just asked us why you didn't receive your package instead of saying we are scammers, or asked us if there was a problem with your order.

I invite you to review your data in your customer account and particularly the destination country that is not the USA (you put France). Because of this error you have not received your shipment. Indeed, when you placed your order on April 2, shipments to the USA were not enabled, but due to strong demand, shipments to the USA were opened as of April 20.

For our part we have already claimed it and it will be returned to us when the COVID-19 alert ends, that has been the response from the French postal service. If you still want your product, we can send a new order to the United States. As you have already requested a refund of your payment with your bank, we cannot deliver the old one.

In my opinion an apology will be welcomed, followed by the annulment of your comment, please. Pending your rectification, we wish you an excellent weekend despite the current circumstances.
