In any case, as we've explained in response to your claim ticket, Melatonin doesn't cause headaches. If you've taken 2 capsules each day 20 or 30 minutes before going to sleep, you should see results. Now, if you are under a lot of stress, Melatonin may not be enough to get the relaxation you need to fall asleep. Headaches are undoubtedly due to lack of sleep, if you've no other pathology.
All our products have a guaranteed efficacy, if used in the correct way, as indicated on our website and on the packaging labels.
