Delivery was left in full sight of the road on a bank holiday weekend when no one was home. There was no option to change the delivery date and the instruction to leave it somewhere safe were ignored.

Really dissatisfied with this order
Really dissatisfied with this order. Two weeks after placing my order, I called to see what as happening, as I had paid for delivery. I was told that it says something is out of stock, but in actual fact, it isnt. Leave it with them and they would sort. After several further calls over the next 6 days was asked if I would accept gold instead of silver bottle tops. I said NO, as I needed the silver. Said that it is still saying out of stock, but the system shows they have them. heard nothing again and then a week later my parcel arrived. The bottles are dusty and a bit grimy, and need a good clean. No apology, no delivery refund even though it too 3 weeks to get the items to me. Quite shabby I thought

Practical Storage…
These screw top pots are exactly the size and shape I wanted to store powder paints for my little grandson. They are very practical, well made and a good price. They were dispatched quickly and carefully packaged. Would recommend this company.
