Thank you for providing your feedback about the phones you purchased.
I am very sorry that the phones are not working as expected.
I have checked with the manufacturer and Amplicomms Telephones are now fully compatible with digital networks. Amplicomms have confirmed that all phones are suitable for a digital network after testing at BT and Talk Talk labs.
The phones are supplied with a BT adaptor plug, so they will work on both the older copper lines and the new digital network.
If you need any technical support to help you to resolve the issue, please let us know.
If you are still unhappy with your phones, and still have the original packaging, please let us know and we will do our best to help you with a return.

Great telephone BUT as a replacement…
Great telephone BUT as a replacement for a relatively new non AMP Gmarc WHY THE STUPIDLY SHORT AND FEEBLE PHONE CONNECTING CABLE. I HAVE USED THE CABLE FROM THE PREVIOUS GMARC WHICH IS LONGER AND MORE ROBUST. PLEASE DON'T PENNY PINCH ON CABLES.

Brought this for very hard of hearing…
Brought this for very hard of hearing 96 year old.Staff at Amplifiedtelephones helpful with initial issues with phone.
As regards the Big Tel 40.
It is easy to use with the pre set photo call buttons. No unnecessary answer phone, nice and basic. It’s big disadvantage is the ringer is quieter than conventional phone, over came this by adding an in line loud ringer from Amazon. Also user needs to press the red button to amplify the receiver sound, easy to do and effective but another thing for someone who has had a stroke to master.

I am very sorry that you have experienced difficulties with the volume on your new handset.
The phone you purchased has a volume boost function which increases the volume of the handset speaker.
To activate this, you need to be on a call and then press the button on the side of the handset, in line with the middle of the screen.
The handset reverts to a standard volume when you end the call to protect any users who may not be experiencing hearing difficulties.
