I found it easy to decide which one to buy. I am deaf albeit I wear an aid. Have no hearing left in my right ear.
The delivery was not good really the post office took time to deliver but got there in the end.

Great phone, quick delivery. Much easier to hear my 99year old mum & easier for her to use has speaker button so no need to lift the handset 👍

Thank you for your feedback.
I have checked with the manufacturer and they have confirmed that the phone you purchased is compatible with NHS hearing aids.
They said that to use this feature, you need to set your hearing aids to the 'T' or 'MT' setting, then hold the phone to your ear in the usual way.

Cordless Duo
The cordless duo phone is attractive, and my father is finding it much easier to use. However, there is interference, buzzing, and the person on the other line is finding it difficult to hear the conversation. It maybe that the handset is too far from the base, but this didn't happen with our last phone.
Also, we need an additional handset, and despite it saying that we could get one, it has been impossible to obtain one.
