I purchased Amp and paid for it in full upfront. It took me several months to get product when I kept being told I would receive a call for delivery in next two weeks and it kept being extended. I was also promised a special gift $200 value but never received anything aside from the regular Amp package. Not sure what the was all about. It was a very frustrating and unclear process. I eventually received the product and am loving it.

Delivery was delayed from the initial stated date. And the installers had no idea what they were doing and they also left one of the top bolts loose so I’m stuck trying to figure out how to tighten it

When ordered, it was with the understanding the AMP would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. Even though I emailed customer service several times for a reason why it was nearing 12 weeks before it actually arrived, responses to my requests were ambiguous and never actually specified the reason for the delay.

My Amp was installed recently and I can’t believe how much of a good workout I can get with one, very conveniently sized, unit! The app is amazing as well. Love the workouts available. Definitely worth the investment! Thank you!

What made this experience a game changer was Alvin. There were some delays in getting the device, but once Alvin reached out the process was seamless, transparent and he kept in touch every step of the way.
In addition, when the installers JB Hunt has some issues with the logistics of my wall for a safe implementation, then DJ from AMP reached out and actually came to my apartment to see how we could resolve it.
Finally, the last game changer was Angel and then Marvin from JB Hunt who came onsite to actually finally implement my AMP device. Marvin was such an expert and both he and Angel were fabulous.
In addition, AMP after sale service has reached out and offered some specialized training which I will accept.
Forever grateful and the wait was worth it

1. Install guys had no clue on how to mount the AMP unit to the wall and messed up the wall and I am going to have to hire someone to fix the wall.
3. Unit is loose on the wall at the top of the unit.
2. Delivery time was off two or three weeks.
3. One week after you delivered you dropped the price of the unit $200.00
4. Design flaw with the arm of the unit.
The arm needs to be adjustable from left to right. Would make mounting to the wall more forgivable.

The time from purchase to install is crazy. I think you’re gonna lose a lot of customers and almost me because it’s a long time. People will move on to something else just to get something quicker even if it isn’t better.

When I reserved my device in July of 2025, I specifically asked via email if I would be allowed to split the payment for the device between two FSA cards. My husband and I both qualify in terms of the spending criteria, and it's a household machine we would both use, so... duh. I paid the deposit. When I finally got the text that the device was ready, I followed the instructions and was then unable to pay using the two FSA cards. The chatbot told me I'd need assistance from a live CSA to handle that, so I waited... and the Rep Who Shall Not Be Named then told me no, sorry, splitting the cost between two eligible FSA cards is actually NOT something they are able to do. Sooo they got a $100 interest-free loan for a couple months based on misinformation from the start. Add to that, that I have now been on chat with the Rep Who Shall Not Be Named for over 15 minutes. I told her twice I wanted a refund of my deposit, she agreed, THEN asked me if she had permission to begin processing the refund (???) and went silent for 8 minutes. I let her know I needed to close the matter and be done with it, she responded "processing refunds take time," so maybe at Amp they communicate with their accounting department via smoke signal or perhaps carrier pigeon. In any case, it feels like they're just trying to waste my time so I give up and they can keep my deposit in perpetuity. If this is how incompetent and uninformed their CS is, it seems to me like support during/after installation and use would probably also suck. But I'll never know.
Update: While waiting for the now-silent Rep Who Shall Not Be Named to get my refund information to accounting via the Pony Express, I received an email from Amp begging me to finish my checkout process. The Rep Who Shall Not Be Named has gone silent and I have a meeting beginning in five minutes. What competency! What class! What customer care!
More updates: After going to my meeting and returning, and now being in the chat for OVER AN HOUR, the Rep Who Shall Not Be Named now states that she is "still submitting the refund for verification." So apparently it takes this long to simply advise (whoever) that they need to refund my deposit per the original agreement.
Perhaps a final update: Almost two hours later, the Rep Who Shall Not Be Named has advised me that she has just now managed to forward my "refund request" to the appropriate department. While she previously stated that the refund would take 7-10 business days and the confirmation email would arrive TODAY, she now stated that the department would take "24 hours or more, depending on availability," to process my "request." Another confirmation email was promised after this mysterious process has been completed, probably through the use of complicated codes and sigils that stupid consumers like us will never understand.
Edit: Amp contacted TrustPilot to request that I remove the name of the customer service rep (first name only) from my review. Apparently that is their big concern today.

Almost perfect. The accessories squeak as I’m going through the reps. I love the daily workout picked for me. I feel stronger already and it’s only been a couple of weeks. I was afraid of it feeling like it would rip off the wall, but it doesn’t. The installer was fantastic and driver was on time and respectful.

Gave 4 stars because 4.5 stars was not an option. In a nutshell, the experience was between great and outstanding. Once the customer service rep understood my frustrations, communication was clear, and I was updated regularly. Unfortunately, I had to get irate before someone with answers would contact me. However, the delivery and installation were quick and easy. I don't see why it took "certified installers" after watching them use a template and check for studs, electrical, and pipes (which I had already done to pick the spot), but for the warranty, I get it. The timelines were way off from the original dates, and logistics issues were cited.
Additionally, the AI bot that helps, hurts - discontinue or ensure your people update the information ASAP. You are likely losing customers because the initial conversations are unhelpful or incorrect from the start. I thank the customer service representative who took on my case for taking the extra time to explain what amp was accountable for, and that JB Hunt was not the issue. I also appreciate the additional shelf they shipped, but I asked for the gear box and received no response.
