Ordered a necklace not realising how good it would turn out,
Absolutely perfect would definitely use again

I just received the necklace I ordered for my mom and to be honest at first I couldn't see and image inside. I wrote a bad review ( I have since removed). The CS rep sent several emails back and forth with me and explained you need to hold it very,VERY close to your eye to see anytime and finally. We got it. I appreciate the personal customer service ( it's VERY rare these days). The necklace is nice but very light and delicate. I would recommend getting something that is a little more durable. However that being said. I know my mom is going to love this. It is definitely a way to keep your loved ones close.

I had a great experience ordering from Amoremi .. it was such an easy process to choose a product, upload a picture and order online on their website. I received the product within 3 weeks of ordering, it was very fast and got it way before Christmas which was even better!
I reached out to ask about the shipping and tracking and they responded to my email within a couple hours and gave me a link to track the delivery which worked great and my product arrived a day later :-)
The necklace is such great quality and is nice and thick and a great length. The cross is beautiful and the picture inside is even more special.

I received mine yesterday it's perfect and i love it.

I received my order in reasonable time, the product was excellent and I got really excited.

I ordered 2 necklaces for me and my girlfriend.
They came out amazing and just as seen in their videos.
Customer service was amazing from start to finish always took good care of everything.

Regarding some other reviews: it seems that some people do not know what plated jewelry is or they don't even read what they are ordering. Just get items out of their stainless steel collection. They are super high quality and will not rust or loose color.

Nice concept, I received mine this week but it’s so cheap and tacky.. not sterling silver so very surprised by the price… when I emailed them I was hit with the WORST “customer service” I ever received… shocked and disappointed is an understatement!

You will notice there is no where to leave a review and a lot of angry faces on the reactions of the posts…

The pendant Is ok, but the chain is very Cheap not like in the Picture. One of the Pictures has Two black scratches in it. So you can't see the picture correctly, which is the whole point of the item.

I ordered two necklaces, they are splendid, as well as original and unique! Done well and the photo looks great! I honestly did not believe .. I am very very satisfied! delivery to Italy was also fast! good job!

Such a small present, but accepted with big smile, joy and unforgettable memories.
