Delivery was good but neither I or my wife can see the photo. We thought it might be an eyesight issue but my daughter could hardly make out the photo. Regret buying to be honest

The perfect Christmas gift, brought tears to my partner’s eyes!

This Christmas I gave the gift of four crosses to my Wife and three daughters. The crosses had a wonderful high quality image of my Mother and Father-in-law that just passed in the last year. My family was so amazed when they seen the wonderful images and they will cherish these crosses forever. Best experience ever!

I made an order at 4/5/22 and I received my package at 24/5/22. I've ordered a silver pendant and at the first day of use it started to discolorate, which means that the pedant was NOT silver. I contacted with AMOREMI many times but they never replied. I also made a dispute on PayPal and they didn't reply also, so PayPal returned my money.
I write again my review because an e-mail was sent by Trustpilot stating:
"they’ve (amoremi) asked for more details to better understand your experience. If you don’t respond, your review may be taken offline."
Personally, I get this like an indirect way to take down my negative review.
It is unacceptable that a company doesn't care about their costumers and I am 100% that if I didn't pay through PayPal, I would never get my money back.

The product and the perception of remembering a person or a moment you want to capture is really beautiful.
I will recommend this product to others.
Delivery is very fast, and the Amoremi team is very helpful if you have any additional questions.

The product did exactly what it needed to do , tug at your heartstrings. Ordered the paw necklace for my sister in law and she absolutely loved it. Although the necklace wasn't for me, this glowing 5 star review is mainly for the amazing lady who owns this company. There were numerous delays in this package reaching its destination and sometimes when I was frustrated , I would shoot a mail across and almost immediately would get a response with an apology or an offer to refund my amount. This and only this kept me patient and waiting. So thank you Claire for your prompt responses. I am glad I waited as the reaction on receiving the necklace at the other end was totally worth it. Would highly recommend this product n this company. They know what customer service means. Thank you again
