ordered the flower box with a necklace on dec.10th and it arrived just yesterday on dec.22nd just in time for christmas for my girlfriend phew. quality seems pretty good for the price i had spent. the picture through the necklace was nice as well. would recommend again and im most definitely would order again.

Hello I want to share my experience with Amoremi. I feel it’s a scam I placed an order weeks ago I have been tracking the package the full way and want to say my 21 year old son has been waiting at the window for this delivery. So they sed they came one day with no answer. That was odd but we rescheduled a delivery then cam at my house at 11:44:19 pm as they have it on the tracker like who it out on delivery’s at 11:44 at night. Now they sed there going to resend it. This company has no contact number and there no way to find or get a hold of the currer. I feel the only reason why they have rescheduled is cus in the email I put the Canada fraud centre and Canadian fast refunds in the email so they see what I’ve been dealing with and that it is not just myself how meany others like this out there. I feel something needs to be done with these kinda companies that just looking to scam people. Please read this and never by or order from AMOREMI
Hello again it seems your fast response and once again some how the package came again and my son was out side all day waiting this is a fraud and a scam I was on live chat with him wen the email came in look tomorrow I will be contacting the Canadian fraud centre and the police as it is very much a scam. And in your reply there are no contact number for this company and it’s only by email as it’s like your message a fraud. I will not stop till this company sends back my money. Please everyone don’t by from this scam company it’s not real. I just want my refund and I will never order from online I emailed and attached the Canadian anti fraud centre and the PND express and Amoremi and customer support centre on this matter so they can see all emails.

I had a very disappointing experience with AMOREMI. I placed an order over a month ago, but the package never arrived in the U.S. After multiple follow-ups over several weeks, they finally confirmed that the package was lost. I then had to request a refund, but even that required additional follow-ups, as they ignored my initial request for another week.

In the end, I received my refund more than a month and a half after my order. However, due to transaction fees and currency conversion (AUD to USD), I lost about $5 in the process.

If you're considering ordering from outside the U.S. as a gift for someone, be aware that their customer service is extremely slow, and you may need to chase them down to get any resolution. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them if you expect timely delivery or reliable support.

Amoremi does not anywhere on their website state that their "jewelry" is produced and sent from China.

I did not expect it to be sent from China. The "jewelry" might even be dangerous and contain unwanted materials...

Come on. At least be honest.

Am very happy to resive today 4 box very beautiful and good Excellent design and quality with wonderful and beautiful flower boxes, especially during Christmas. I am very, very happy that the package was sent to my address as quickly as possible, with the most accurate details of its delivery to my address. It is really an excellent experience. I got the anchor necklace for a friend's son with his favourite picture of him and his mom in it. She was my best friend and she passed away suddenly and I still look out for him. I got this as a memorial gift and I absolutely love it.

Very bad customer support. I reached out to Amore Mi about an unsatisfactory product they provided. I asked about their refund and return policy and I received no response. The product provided was not what was advertised and I'm really disappointed.

The product I recieved is not what's pictured on their website. It looks like a cheaper smaller version of the product. It's so tacky and not at all worth the price. I tried to return it within the 30 day money back garantee period and am yet to recieve a response. I also tried to reach them on instagram and instead of assisting me they blocked me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE it's a complete scam.

So I emailed AMOREMI several times before writing a bad review. I was told IF I remove my bad review, THEN they will replace my (poor quality) necklace or refund me. No, that's not how "customer service" works. You do what your site says "100% guarantee /refund". THEN, I'll remove the bad review. UNTIL you prove you deserve a better review, it stays.

This is a scammer! They say sterling silver but in fact it is silver plated metal crap. Please dont get scammed!!

I ordered that thing weeks ago and I never think that it would be so nice but I received it today and it was far beyond my expectation. As perfect as it was in the video, I can say there’s no words to express my happiness. Thank you so much guys I appreciate it and hope you keep going on what you do. I love it.

Terrible experience with amoremi.co, my girlfriend bought a bracelet for my sister as she recently lost her husband. Not only the quality was incredibly poor, like a cheap item from Asia, but there were also marks all over the photo. Definitely far from a memorial item.

The customer service is awful.Very unpleasant communication.
My package showed ,delivery attempted 'in a different address ,so I enquired.The way I was spoken to was rude and unprofessional only because I had a normal enquiry and questions.
I did receive my parcel and the items are fine but because of the unpleasant communication it ruined it for me.Obviously won't ever order again.
