Sent the wrong item valued at lower cost than paid, a gift for my mother for christmas totally ruined by their incompetence, condesending corespondance and refuse refund!!! AVOID THIS SCAM

I bought this and received it fairly quickly.
But the quality is so bad! It is chinese garbage, maybe worth $5...
I do not recommend buying!
I don't understand all the positive reviews. It is too expensive for such bad quality.
EDIT: My necklace also had some damage on the stone. They offered to replace it, they answerred my email within 12h. They did ask me to take down this review. Will update if I receive a new item.

This is my 1st purchase, my friend showed me a bracelet she got of her dog, it was beautiful. So l decided to order 1 for my Daughter of her dog that passed recently, for xmas. It came quickly & l was updated with the process. Was in a beautiful box, my Daughter is going to love it. Thanks 4 the excellent service.
