Ordered a watch on 7 to 10 day delivery, which is fine. I got in touch on the 8th day as it was still showing as not dispatched. I got a terse reply at first, followed by another from someone else, blaming Longines in Switzerland for the delay. I asked if they had an idea when I could expect it but I got no reply. A week later, I got an email from UPS saying they had my watch. I just feel the customer care wasn't there and if I hadn't chased them, I'd never been told why there was a delay. Their products are an investment and I feel that their customer care should reflect that more. I'm in the middle as to whether I would use them again.

I had no need of any customer services.

Poor service and even worse customer care. After enquiring how my watch strap would be adjustable to suit my wrist size and then being told what the process would be none of the instructions were followed and my watch was delivered in the wrong size. The request to delay the dispatch date due to me not being available to take delivery of the watch on the intended date was ignored and I had to rearrange delivery with the courier. All in all a very poor experience with AMJ Watches.

A little "quiet", only received 2 Emails;
One confirming my order, and a second stating that it had been dispatched along with a UPS tracking reference.

Ordered on Thursday evening. Received by midday Friday.

Ordered ladies watch as a gift for my mothers day present, did not arrive by invoice date, waited another day, still nothing.
Rang your shop to be told there has been a mistake, how when it was online?

Not entirely sure about my purchase.
I’m told the warranty will follow in a couple of weeks which makes it awkward to give as a gift.
It also has 2 distinct marks on the strap, one where it has been secured in the box but another further up as if it’s been worn so not sure why it would be intented in two places??

I placed my order online 11 Mar and received an order confirmation but no info about delivery date. On 16 Mar I phoned the shop to get an update on delivery as I still had not received any info only to be informed the watch I ordered was not in stock and would take 7-10 working days to get from the manufacturer.
I believe the delay in delivery could and should have been communicated to me without me having to seek it out myself. I subsequently cancelled my order. Communication with the costumer to manage their expectation should be both a basic and key requirement.

Great price,great service and fast delivery will definitely buy again in the future.

Purchased a watch but decided to return it. Emailed them initially but got no response, so after a couple of days I phoned them. Phone was answered quickly where they apologised for not responding to my email and explained that to return I just needed to send the watch back with a cover note. Refund was issued within a couple of days of them recieving. Seems like a good company and I would deal with them again
