NEVER BOOK FROM THIS WEBSITE!!
We found this site through Google recommendations and made a reservation for a luxury hotel. When we arrived, the room we booked was not the same as the one given to us. The hotel said there were no other available rooms. We requested a refund, and the hotel told us to contact Amimir. After confirming with Amimir that we would get our money back, they still charged us the full amount for 5 nights even though we didn’t stay for more than 5 minutes.
Amimir and the hotel clearly made an arrangement between themselves, and after we left, they refused to refund us and kept all the money.
Please, make your reservations through Booking.com or other trusted platforms. We have already taken legal action to demand a refund through all available consumer rights.
I now believe that many of the positive reviews here are intentionally misleading and written to deceive customers.
Stay away from this website — otherwise, you won’t be able to claim your rights in any way.

The room we reserved was not the same as the one we were given. At first, the hotel told us there were no other rooms available. Only after I requested to check out and asked for a refund did they suddenly claim another room was available – but it was in even worse condition and completely unsuitable for a child.
The hotel told us the refund would be handled by Amimir. That’s why I contacted you immediately at 11 p.m., after driving 10 hours with a small child and being left without a proper room. You said you would “get back to me,” but your reply came 12 hours later. What exactly was my family supposed to do during that night – sleep on the street?
In the end, the hotel blamed Amimir, Amimir blamed the hotel, and we were left in the middle with no solution. Who is supposed to take responsibility? How are we supposed to claim our rights?
We did not stay more than 5 minutes in that hotel, yet you kept the full $3,617. Your pre-written corporate excuses are unacceptable and cannot cover up the fact that you took our money without providing the service.
This is theft, plain and simple. I will keep filing official complaints and warning other travelers: Amimir and this hotel cannot be trusted.

I booked Taj Atlas through Amimir.com as a 4-star hotel, but the experience was far below the advertised standard. The room was dirty on arrival with ants, a leaking bathroom, stained sheets, and a broken fridge that spoiled our food daily. Basic facilities like a kettle and bin were missing, the AC barely worked, and we were told to pay 50 euros to use an iron. Breakfast included in our booking was often refused, delayed, or unavailable, and staff were dismissive. The hotel is in a remote village with unsafe road access and aggressive street dogs outside, making us feel unsafe. At checkout, we were charged 500 MAD for poor quality snacks and drinks, plus 2.50 EUR per person per night city tax, despite the property not being in a city. Overall, this was misrepresented, unsafe, and unacceptable for a hotel claiming 4 stars.

I’ve booked a hotel with them in Paris. Reservation ID: 7486006
Paid using Apple Pay on their website, found it via google maps. They sent me an email saying that the transaction is suspicious and I need to provide documents to prove that it’s mine.
I’ve sent them:
1. Bank statement
2. Card screenshot from the bank
3. Screenshot of a transaction from the bank
Then I received an email saying that my booking has been cancelled, because they don’t trust the data. I don’t even know what other pieces of data there exist to prove that I’m legit.
So far lost -182 euro trying to save 7€ vs another website. It’s a sure is a scam and fraud, so I’d recommend everyone to stay away from them.

Really bad customer services. When you book a hotel they help you in anything to book the hotel. When there is a problem at the hotel they don’t do anything. The person I had on the phone was telling me to do nothing about it and they don’t have any agents to solve this. I always booked from here. Not from now anymore. Once it goes wrong they will not help. That is not customer service!!

Misleading Information on Tourism Tax – Never Again!
My booking confirmation clearly stated the local tourism tax would be €2.00 per person per night, with a total of €12.00 for my stay. When I arrived at Ibis Paris Porte d'Orléans, the actual amount was €33. I understand taxes can change, but tripling the cost is not a “small change” — it’s a huge and unacceptable jump.
When I complained, the booking service refused to do anything about it, simply saying the amount was “approximate” and “subject to change,” despite showing it as a fixed total in my confirmation. This is highly misleading and shows a lack of transparency and accountability.
This experience has completely eroded my trust. I will never use this service again and cannot recommend it to anyone expecting accurate, honest pricing. At the very least, customers deserve up-to-date information and fair treatment — not an unpleasant surprise and zero resolution.

I don’t need another “sorry” — that doesn’t help when I had to pay €33 instead of the €12 stated in my booking confirmation. Your responsibility is to ensure the information you provide is accurate. Telling customers “it might change” does not justify tripling the amount without warning.
If you genuinely aim to provide a transparent experience and make amends for mistakes, then refund me at least half of the extra cost I had to pay. That would be actual customer service, not just words.

I made a booking through Amimir.com for Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort in Dubai with an "All-Inclusive" package for 2 people. However, the hotel itself offers two different types of all-inclusive: Soft (non-alcoholic) and Premium (includes alcohol).
I have now contacted Amimir three times over several days asking a very simple but important question: Which type of all-inclusive is included in my booking? Unfortunately, I haven’t received any reply at all.
This is very disappointing, especially considering that I’ve already made a partial payment and need to know exactly what I’m paying for before completing the full amount. Other platforms clarify the meal plan details much better.
Right now, I feel ignored as a customer. I truly hope Amimir will respond here, since they haven’t done so by email.

À first but last with this company I have never heard about before. We booked from internet and came to a terrible hotel. I asked for a total refund for but only had a partial one. They are not helpful when it comes to a refund.
Also, I would have payed less if I could book directly from the hotel.

Good prices, better customer services. Totally trustworthy company, i definitely recommend. The only problem was it took 2 days to solve the problem i had about reservation, I contacted them 2 days before my accommodation starts, but I believe it was caused by the travel company they work with or the hotel policies, i had to wait at the hotel lobby for 5 hours for check in but they solved the weird problem we had without giving up. Be careful with this booking site, they will create a non existing reason to cancel your reservation, and they will not refund your money, they will hold it for themselves.
If you will write to customer service they will lie to you that they was contacting you on the phone, which is not truth and easy to prove,and refuse to give your money back.Without any reason they may say that there were a strange activity in your bank card and will steal your money.
It is a scam! The prices only seems cheaper but they have a lot of hidden tricks, so actually you will pay more or you will lose your money.
After that they might say that you have to contact your bank to return your money, but every one knows that according to the bank rules:”once a transaction has been autorized at the merchant, it cannot be cancelled or stopped by bank”.And this is exactly what they deed, they have authorized your transaction, to steal your money and it look like leagal way to steal, bacause in fact the client can’t do anything.

It seems like these guys should be investigated by the proper authorities in their country of registration. They offer 5-star hotels at 2.5–3 times below the regular price. After you pay, they claim they couldn’t charge the full amount and offer a refund. They said they tried to call me to confirm a price change — which was only €20. Due to the big time difference, I couldn’t answer right away, but I messaged them my number and waited for a call. I also replied saying “OK, I’ll pay the difference, just tell me how.”
And then — complete silence.
In the end, I canceled, but it’s been three days and I’m still waiting for my refund. No one is responding.
UPD:After the cancellation of the booking, you need to contact the booking chat to get the refund. After reaching out, the funds were released.
upd: We couldn’t get in touch earlier due to the 7-hour time difference. Today, I was able to complete the booking over the phone with your operator. I hope there won’t be any issues with the check-in. Therefore, I’m updating my rating to 4.
