It was my first time dealing with American hoildays. It was a pleasure to deal with them. I was mainly dealing with a girl called Rachel, she was brillant nothing was to much and she was very quick in all her responses and quotes. I asked aload of questions as the hoilday I was planning was my first long hall flight with a young child and teenager. Rachel went above and beyond to find out anything she was not sure of and put my mind at ease through the whole booking. It was a pleasure dealing with her and I definitely will use American hoildays again

I find American Holidays to be very helpful with the whole booking experience. The lady who dealt with us was amazing, so helpful and she went above and beyond to help us with all queries regarding travelling to the US. Her name was Amanda. As it is our first trrip to the US, it was essential that we had all the information which Amanda provided to us in a most efficent and friendly manner. She is brilliant at her job. I recommend American Holidays to anyone travelling to the states in the future, a truly seamless booking experience.

Ashling was brilliant. Our first time cruising so no idea how it all works. She was full of advise and tips and found the exact package we were looking for. Very approachable. All instructions and emails easy to follow.

I have dealt with Kristin from American holidays. She got us exactly what we asked for. She has been amazing and made everything so clear and easy to understand. I couldn’t recommend her enough if you are looking to book your holiday.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Ashley and Amanda from American Holidays. They are both extremely competent and delightfully friendly.

Claire was so professional and helpful with all aspects of our booking. She listened to our requirements for our trip and gave advise on our accomadation choices and our flight selections. It was great to speak with someone who had on the ground knowledge of the areas and the sightseeing options. I could contact her when I needed to ask a question or make a change to the itinerary. I would highly recommend American Holidays for their knowledge and helpfulness. Heres to a safe successful trip now.

Buzzing this afternoon after confirming my American Holidays booking with sales agent Kristin Skinner. We booked a two centre NYC and Orlando November holiday for our family of four, flying from Dublin.
This was a big investment for our holiday and Kristin took good care of all our requirements, answer any questions thoroughly, giving her first hand knowledge and experiences of the hotels and attractions and flights we booked. The whole experience from the first phone call, to the emails, follow up calls, through to paying the deposit, was a very enjoyable booking experience. Requested similar quotes from other companies who just seemed to throw together standard proposals but Kristin and American Holidays felt like by far the most reputable and trustworthy partner for our needs. Really great service. If our holiday turns out to be as positive as the booking experience it’ll be absolutely fantastic all round. Many thanks Kristin. Great work.
