From start to finish my experience with American Holidays was exceptional, there was such an attention to detail and personal requests I made for our holiday to suit us and our needs, desires etc. All made very easy by the diligence, excellence and knowledge of Kristen in particular.

I dealt with Paula who was so helpful and took all the pressure off. She was so approachable and was patient pricing around and getting the best deals.

Great assistant from Sarah when booking our American cruise and hotel stays.
An hour on the call making suggestions and sharing her experiences made our decision to book very each.

Once again Ashley was a great help. We have come back time and again because the service and the price are excellent.

We booked US multi-centre and cruise holiday for third time and it had to be American Holidays. Friendly and helpful staff (who remember serving us from previous holidays). They have knowledge of the US and appreciate the requirements that make for a great family holiday.

Just booked a holiday to Cancun with Rachel from the Belfast branch. She talked through our options and suggested a few hotels. Always followed up on phone calls and emails. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect holiday within our budget. She was very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend :)

I have used American Holidays before so when I was wanting to book again to have a family holiday in Florida I thought I would send them a message to get a quote. To be honest I thought they might be too expensive, but they were bang on my budget and were absolutely fab with all of my requests. Nothing was too much trouble and it’s so nice to know I’ve booked with a company who are reliable and so helpful!
So if you are on the fence about trying American Holidays … just give them a try! (Oh, and enjoy your holiday!!)

It was my first time dealing with American hoildays. It was a pleasure to deal with them. I was mainly dealing with a girl called Rachel, she was brillant nothing was to much and she was very quick in all her responses and quotes. I asked aload of questions as the hoilday I was planning was my first long hall flight with a young child and teenager. Rachel went above and beyond to find out anything she was not sure of and put my mind at ease through the whole booking. It was a pleasure dealing with her and I definitely will use American hoildays again

I find American Holidays to be very helpful with the whole booking experience. The lady who dealt with us was amazing, so helpful and she went above and beyond to help us with all queries regarding travelling to the US. Her name was Amanda. As it is our first trrip to the US, it was essential that we had all the information which Amanda provided to us in a most efficent and friendly manner. She is brilliant at her job. I recommend American Holidays to anyone travelling to the states in the future, a truly seamless booking experience.
