Honesty makes all the difference

I received outstanding service from Christina Pejovski. I was getting ready to cancel my policy, I thought I was being scammed. She showed me empathy, I now feel less stressed after being put on hold with five different people. I decided to keep my policy.

The reason I got the American Dream extended warranty.

I didn't plan to get an extended warranty today. I was just looking, but David the person with who spoke to me about the American Dream company was very knowledgeable about the company. I really didn't want to go into too much info. I was impressed that David wanted to help people get the best deal that they could for an extended warranty. I felt very comfortable talking with him because I had just got off of a call from another company offering the samething but I felt too rushed with that person so I told them I would callback later. After listening to David I felt reassured that he was telling me the truth. When talking to salesmen lately I feel very distrustful, but I didn't feel that way. David asked could he have a few more minutes to go over what things that he felt were a good deal. I gave him that time and I'm glad I did. There were things that he had try to find that we're really making me start to like this company. The warranty and all the things that were covered including diagnostics which some companies make you pay separately. You also get the 3rd year free which I thought was a good perk. If after 30 days you decide not to get the warranty, you get back what you put down to get the coverage.
I really enjoyed the info about the company which I usually don't enjoy.
Giving David time to explain everything I would be getting, help me to realize that this was going to be a great deal.

Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed – Endless Delays and No Accountability

I am extremely frustrated with American Dream Auto Protect and their handling of my warranty claim.

I dropped off my car for service for 15 days, and I have received no real updates. My vehicle broke down because the gear shifter got stuck, making it completely undrivable. In addition, the control arms need to be replaced. The control arms are clearly covered under my Platinum Warranty, and the gear shifter is not listed in the exclusion section of my contract. Despite this, they continue to delay approval.

Every time I call customer service, I am told, “You will get an answer today by end of day or tomorrow.” This has been happening repeatedly for the last two weeks. Each time, they give the same promise, and nothing happens. No callback. No update. No resolution.

They have also not approved a rental car. I only have one vehicle, and I rely on it to support my family. Being without transportation for over two weeks with no clear communication is unacceptable.

This experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. It feels like they look for reasons to delay or deny claims rather than honor the warranty agreement.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding how this claim is being handled.

If you are considering purchasing a warranty from American Dream Auto Protect, please be very careful. Based on my experience, the communication, customer service, and claims process have been extremely poor.

Canceled

I spoke with a sales person earlier this week and got a great price. I was led to believe that they had an A+ with the BBB. But today (2/20) I discovered they had an F for failure to resolve complaints. I canceled the plan based on that information.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY! They don't deliver on their advertised promises. They'll require big money out of pocket and then still deny your claim. I needed a new transmission and they required that the transmission be broken down ($850) at my expense. I did that on good faith that they would honor their contract... they denied my claim.

I had Horrible Experience

I had Horrible Experience. I choose this Company Based on some of the reviews in which i was 100% wrong. This guy named Sal assisted me starting a claim February 3 2026 but before the process ask me to give him a 5 star review on Trust pilot . I told Sal this was a little strange , you typically get reviews for service you provide and i have not received any services, but he wanted me to mention good things about the company on services when i had not received any. when i did put a claim in i was told they would only pay a portion of the bill. but thats not what they told me when i signed up. my repair shop who i have always used told me after they called American dream auto connect with my contrct # that they were a JOKE. IT IS SOME GOOD WARRANTY COMPANIES AVAILABLE BUT AMERICAN DREAM AUTO IS A JOKE . please do not make the mistake i made. check with your local automobile repair shops near you . and get there advice on extended warranty companies, because a lot of them are SCAMS

Car protection

I was very happy to talk with David, he explained everything I needed to know. I like the package I got the Platinum. My car is a 10 yr. Old Sonata in great condition and I want to keep it so now I can be sure It is covered for things that may go wrong. Thank you David for taking time for me.
