Do not use this company for any reason

Do not use this company for any reason. I have the platinum level extended warranty American Dream, which is their highest tier warranty and recently, the transmission in my 2020 Silverado started to slip so I took it into a GM service center and they confirmed that it was damaged and needed to be repaired or replaced. I thought I was covered, but American Dream is denying my claim because there is a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) on the transmission from GM. Here's the thing though, the TSB simply states what should be expected out of the transmission, what's normal, and actually recommends AGAINST repairing the transmission when its behavior falls under what GM describes as normal function. American Dream is using that TSB to deny my claim. I am attaching both my contract from American Dream, and the TSB from GM for anyone who is interested. If I can't make any progress on my own, I will have an attorney take care of it.
In addition to their refusal to cover what clearly falls within their contract, they're very dismissive when I call. On the subject of calling, their answering service states that the call is being recorded, which I am fine with, but when I told the customer service rep that I was also recording the call, she hung up on me. I called back and stated again that I was calling on a recorded line, the customer service rep said they (with major attitude) that they would not speak to me as long as I was recording the call.
*Update 6/24/25 I was asked in a reply to this review to call for a resolution. They've already shut down for the day but I will call tomorrow and update this review with the outcome.
*Update 6/25/25 I called back today, as requested, and I was told to check back on Friday. Two more days of getting jerked around. It's becoming more and more apparent that Moshe Qubrusi may be a scam artist.
The end result was the company denying my legitimate claim. They need to be shut down as they have a clear pattern of doing this to customers.

Horrible

Horrible! After getting roped into the salesman's speech, I fell for it and signed up because of the promise I could cancel at any time. After researching, I called back less than 2 hours later and was given a complete run around! Forty minutes later of going in circles listening to them to try to convince me to stay, they told me I couldn't cancel that day and to call back the next day. I call back the next day and get the same thing. I was told their badgering (that is exactly what it was!) is part of the cancellation process and I had no choice other than to listen to it and have a conversation about each issue or they wouldn't let me cancel. Then back to the first person I talked to so she could finish the cancellation, and it's the same thing. She went on and on. 45 minutes later and I finally got it canceled. I can't even imagine trying to file a claim with this company.

Zero stars if I could

Zero stars if I could. I had to file a claim. It got approved but out of $4,800 they only payed $780. Then I was told will cover up to 6 days for rental car. I sent in receipts and all. They denied it said repairs didn't qualify for a rental WTH. Only covers up to 9 hours of labor. This company is BS do NOT get a policy with them. They dont wanna pay out when you do have a claim and will lie and make excuses. When I signed up I was told I had the best plan They had and it covered all this stuff then this happened. Obviously there plans do NOT cover much. Then the rental car bs I had pay outta pocket for rental car 3 weeks and $4,000 out of my pocket for repairs. Even them paying the 6 days of rental car would have helped a lil. Its a waste of money . Do NOT go with this place because it's a LIE!!! If you need a extended warranty find a legit one.

I was trying to get a quote and information on ADA, when I told the guy I wanted to do some research and look at ADA REVIEWS he was giving me a huhh pressure sale pitch. When I repeated that I needed to do some research he hung up on me!

RUN don't walk away from this…

RUN don't walk away from this disreputable company. Paid into it for over 1 year and submitted a claim for nearly $4k for 5 different services. American Dream paid ZERO and to make matters worse, were wildly unresponsive when the dealer tried to reach them, long wait times on hold, dropped calls, no return calls. And they do the same thing when you try to cancel. I had to put a stop payment on my credit card to get away from them.

Don’t use this company fraud

Don’t use this company fraud, they will lie and cheat you. They told me I could transfer policy or cancel anything, but fail to mention they will charge you a 100 cancellation fee. And Cory will loop his sentences to that they didn’t lie to you, they just didn’t tell you… don’t use these people…..

DO NOT PURCHASE AMERICAN DREAM AUTO…

DO NOT PURCHASE AMERICAN DREAM AUTO PROTECT WARRANTY!!!!

Purchased american dream warranty platinum plan about 8 months ago.
Recently visited bmw dealership for an issue with my transfer case and was denied because, "Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to review this claim. Based on the findings obtained during the inspection and review process, the failed component(s) demonstrate progressive material breakdown consistent with long-term use, time, and accumulated mileage. The condition has been determined to result from deterioration associated with ongoing operation and mileage accumulation. Exclusion O)v. of your Vehicle Service Program states that coverage does not apply to vibration, deterioration, discoloration, distortion, deformation, and/or fading. Because the failure has been attributed to deterioration, it falls within this exclusion and is not eligible for coverage under the Vehicle Service Program.

Exclusion O)v. RUST, SALT, CORROSION, OVERHEATING, WATER INTRUSION/LEAKS, ACID RAIN, CHEMICALS, TREE SAP, HAIL, FLOOD, LIGHTNING, FIRE, WINDSTORM, EARTHQUAKES OR OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL CAUSES OR ACTS OF NATURE; (VI) VIBRATION, DETERIORATION, DISCOLORATION, DISTORTION, DEFORMATION AND/OR FADING.

While we understand that mechanical repairs can be unexpected, the Program does not provide coverage for progressive material breakdown or degradation occurring over time.".

This is complete non sense the car has 50k miles on it. The inspection report attributes the failure to progressive material breakdown. However, the component in question failed suddenly and unexpectedly, resulting in immediate loss of function. There was no prior indication of gradual deterioration or warning signs. Not to mention my vehicle remained at the dealership for over a month awaiting their decision. BIGGEST REGRET!!!!

Endless "Diagnosis" loops used to avoid claim payment.

​I am extremely disappointed with my experience with American Dream Auto Warranty. I filed a claim recently, and instead of honoring the contract, they have been giving both me and my mechanic the runaround. They continually demand 'more diagnosis' and additional teardowns, even after the shop has identified the clear failure. It feels like a stalling tactic to avoid paying for covered repairs. My claim has been sitting open for a month because the company refuses to move forward. Avoid this company if you expect timely service, a company that pays and doesn't play games.
