Super fast delivery ordered Tuesday delivered on Friday!!!

The Palermo Square sofa with Square fire pit arrived promptly within a few days of being ordered and is exactly as described with thick plump cushions. Excellent product and kind, courteous and friendly staff when phoned.

Like many people, we first came across this furniture after seeing a Facebook video. We watched it... then watched it again... and then probably another dozen times! Buying furniture "blind" is always a bit nerve-racking, especially when we're based in Cambridgeshire and the showroom is in Manchester – not exactly somewhere you pop into on your lunch break.
The first thing that caught our eye was the seat cushions. They looked wonderfully deep and comfortable (tick!), and when the end-of-season sale came along we thought, "Why not?" After all, we'd been sitting on hard wooden benches, so the bar wasn't exactly sky high!
From placing the order to me writing this review while sitting on it with my feet up, we've been genuinely impressed. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout, with regular updates by text and email. Delivery was within five working days on a date that suited us perfectly.
The delivery team were brilliant, the real-time tracking was really helpful, and everything arrived exceptionally well packaged with reinforced corner protection.
Assembly was refreshingly simple. We only had to attach one sofa arm and put the table together. The instructions were clear, it was quick, and—perhaps most impressively—we managed the whole thing without my husband losing his temper or us filing for divorce. That's got to be worth five stars on its own!
As for the furniture itself, it's fantastic quality. It's so much sturdier than some of the flimsier sets you'll find in the well-known high street stores. The seat cushions are a glorious 5 inches thick (yes, a full 5 inches!), the back cushions are lovely and plump, and the rattan arms are properly chunky rather than thin and flimsy.
We honestly couldn't be happier with our purchase. It looks fantastic, is incredibly comfortable, and offers excellent value for money. We'd highly recommend this company—you won't be disappointed. In fact, the hardest part now is convincing ourselves to get up!

We recently bought some garden furniture from AMC Furniture and couldn't be happier with our purchase. The furniture is beautiful, feels very well made, and is excellent quality.
The staff were absolutely wonderful – so welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we walked in. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, and nothing was too much trouble.
The only slight disappointment was the delivery. We were advised it would take between 2 and 7 days, but it actually took two weeks. However, the quality of the furniture and the excellent customer service more than made up for the wait.
Overall, we're delighted with our purchase and would happily recommend AMC Furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture and great service.

A lovely welcome when you enter the warehouse. Amazing g selection of garden furniture, beds, suites plus lots more. We chose the Palermo set with fire pit, which was delivered in no time at all. Easy to assemble and looks great. We bought the covers and the storage box to store the cushions in in bad weather. All in all a great experience and we have since returned and bought a headboard, room fresheners and a bamboo pillow. Great when you can save a lot but still get top quality items.

Great staff - not pushy but informative and available to help. Delivery was great, received a message with date of delivery. Was able to track throughout the day, they called beforehand and carried into garden. Garden furniture is beautiful and good quality. Great service from start to finish!
