We absolutely love our new garden…
We absolutely love our new garden corner sofas, there is always a fear when buying online that it won’t look like the photo, i needn’t have worried it was exactly as I’d hoped.
Ours was in the end of season sale so half the price as well, so we are very happy.
Delivery was very smooth also and we received texts and emails and it safely arrived after nearly a week from ordering.
Thank you, I’m having my morning cuppa on it this morning ☺️

Excellent service. Ordered on a Sunday, phone call on the Monday to arrange delivery, delivered on the Thursday. Arrived on time & assembled by friendly guys. Beautiful & comfy sofa. Would highly recommend this company.

After seeing an advert pop up on Facebook for AMC, I was a little dubious at first. I got in touch with them and decided to visit their warehouse to see the furniture in person. I'm so glad we did because we certainly weren't disappointed!
We purchased the Cadiz set, and it's absolutely beautiful. It's incredibly comfortable, and the cushions are really supportive and excellent quality. We also bought the green scatter cushions, which we think complement the set perfectly.
The ladies at AMC were absolutely lovely. There was no hard sell at all, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of our questions.
We also purchased the furniture cover, which is another high-quality product and gives us peace of mind that the furniture will stay protected.
We couldn't be happier with our purchase and would highly recommend AMC to anyone looking for quality garden furniture and excellent customer service. Five stars from us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent furniture at reasonable prices and great service.
The furniture arrived quickly & on time.
The guys who delivered it, Brad & Matt were excellent, extremely friendly & informative about the setting up, including controls & sound bar.
Due to the size & weight of the furniture, the access had to be through the back garden, which made their task very tiring & difficult.
In spite of that, they tackled it efficiently and with good humour. They are a credit to their company, AMC furniture and we will not hesitate to recommend them to our friends & family, in the future.
In fact, we recommend this company to everyone who wants quality furniture at very reasonable prices and they give excellent service.

Bought a Palermo fire pit set in may…
Bought a Palermo fire pit set in may rattan started to come undone. They replaced the item 3 times and still happening on different parts of the furniture. Then sent out different colour item. They opted to to a full exchange first item out of the box was all undone so send back. Management got a good. Terrible attitude saying they can’t check every box etc this furniture is cheap garbage I’d take your money elsewhere and get better quality

We completely appreciate the frustration on this occasion, unfortunately we trust that the manufacturer has every box quality checked before arriving with us, and we cannot unfortunately open every box as stated, as the stock is housed within our couriers depot, we would never intentionally mean to be rude under any circumstances.
We tried on each occasion to rectify the issue and would have continued to do so, but you did opt to return the set for a full refund which we happily obliged to.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and always put our customers at the forefront of our mind to ensure they are happy with their purchase. We truly are sorry you feel this way and for the hiccups faced withy our order with us.
