Excellent service from a professional Company
I was able to speak to a person at the Company before I made the purchase of a pagoda cover on the Internet. The cover which was of good quality, arrived quickly, but unfortunately was not suitable , I was able to phone and speak to a person at the Company who told me to return the item and to include the cost of the postage. This I did and received a full refund including the postage a few days later. That I would consider to be excellent service from a professional Company and I would certainly buy from them in the future and recommend them. Very rarely have I received such excellent service.

Corner sofa set
Bought a corner suite from Club Rattan and I am so pleased with it. Study, thick cushions and over lovely suite. Delivery was quick and easy, lovely delivery guy that couldn’t do enough for us and the customer service is superb. Would highly recommend buying from club Rattan

Nightmare to put together …
The packaging was damaged on arrival however the contents were ok. Several of the plastic feet on the seats were damaged. However the overall look is very pleasing. The table is a 2 person job to convert for low to high. Quite good value as I didn’t pay full price, however not as comfortable as I had hoped, cushions as rather thin.

Extremely quick delivery in two days
Extremely quick delivery in two days . Very well packed and helpful delivery man who was very friendly and as noticed we were elderly helped making sure the boxes were placed as near to door as possible as it didn’t come on a pallet . Arrived in perfect condition. Very well made from good quality rattan . Very happy indeed .

Hi I had a few problems at first but customer service was absolutely amazing. They sorted my problem out very fast and efficiently iam very happy with my order and their egg chairs are really lovely looks so good with the 11 seater Bristol set I will order again from this company

Sofa set…
Definitely like the fact I could buy a replacement set of covers, for my garden sofa. Unfortunately the quality wasn't of the standard we had before and they don't appear to be water prove. They were poorly sewn with threads hanging out everywhere. They look good but would've preferred a choice of colours and better quality.

We would, however, like to clarify that our cushion covers are designed and advertised as showerproof rather than fully waterproof. This has always been the case with our outdoor cushion covers. The fabric used is a high-quality outdoor material specifically chosen to provide protection from light showers while remaining breathable and comfortable. A fully waterproof cover would require a significantly different, coated or plastic-like material, which would affect both the appearance and comfort of the cushions.
We are sorry to hear about the loose threads, as this is not the standard of finish we expect. Had you contacted our customer service team with photographs, we would have been more than happy to review this for you and assist accordingly.
Very disappointed …
Two of the captive nuts weren’t drilled out so my husband had to drill and put together with nuts and bolts. Also the rattan had to be cut back to make space for the bolt heads. The advertisement suggested that it was a waterproof box, when in fact it was a box with a weatherproof bag inside. Very disappointed.

The storage box is designed to be weather-resistant and includes an internal waterproof liner to provide additional protection for the contents. We’re sorry if this was not clear from the product information.

Fantastic customer service
Brought my garden set in 2022 and it’s still looking brand new, my dog decided to attack one of the cushions so I emailed asking for a replacement and had one sent out straight away! Fantastic customer service! Thank you would recommend your furniture to everyone
