Stool was missing on arrival. One quick phone call to them and a new stool arrived within a week

Good communication regarding delivery - the courier company called me the day before to arrange. The set itself is well made and is therefore value for money. Overall, I am very pleased with it.

Excellent furniture

The furniture looks and feels very good and well made but the rain cover doesn’t fit it looks like it’s for a square set we have a rectangle set may have been my fault but you could have said something to correct this

Arrived no problem

However the table atm is not currently constructed as the instructions given are for 4 separate pieces but 2 of ours are stuck inside each other.

Rang awaiting further instructions and told to email a photo of it. Just awaiting to have a reply.

I've ordered replacement cushion covers for my Harmony Rattan Corner set in Grey. Can't fault the material and they all fit so well. A great price of £100 to replace all the covers. Looks like new! Thank you.

Great looking quality Isobella Corner suite with rise & fall table and stools.
Arrived in boxes on a pallet in just a week, sooner than expected.
Only slight problem was one stool and two cushions missing, but rectified with a couple of weeks with replacements sent.
Nice tight fitting made to measure cover also looks good quality.

Great customer service and beautiful garden sofa. My queries were answered promptly by very helpful staff.

Excellent service and was delivered just over a week once I orderer my covers. The covers are more than I expected with one slight fault, that one tie tap was lose which was not worth sending back and I repaired it myself. I highly recommend the products as they are brilliant quality of material used, which you tell with weight of them.

The reason for my score is because the item took a long time to arrive and had to get in touch to find out why

Delivery of furniture was first class, it was well packaged and secured on a pallet.
The furniture appears to be of good quality and robust.
Value for money was excellent.
The only criticism, was the tools and instructions supplied for the recliner chair, were indeed abysmal. The instructions need to be significantly improved as to the Allan keys that were supplied.
On another plus, the rain covers purchased with the furniture are incredibly robust and brightly coloured.
Overall I would be more than willing to shop with Club Rattan again.
