Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I have honestly never seen such rude answers from any other company. Severe delays to prescriptions even when you flag an emergency. Terribly disappointing as the products are very good if and when they decide to send it through. This is a medical service but unfortunately it seems the staff is very unprofessional and unhelpful.

Improvements needs to customer support and delivery effiency
The process is straight forward and easy to follow. However, once approved there seems to be significant delays to posting prescriptions to the pharmacy. It is also hard to request a follow appointment as the support staff comes across as rigid and honestly not very helpful. Improvements required to service quality and speed.

It's a bit confusing with the timelines…
It's a bit confusing with the timelines at the beginning, things sent here then sent there but customer service were brilliant with any queries I had and always got back to me quickly. Everybody has been really pleasant, things were so much easier than I thought it would.
Would recommend and already have !
The medicine is helping me massively. Pain being a big issue for me.

The video calls with the doctors are good,very knowledgeable and listen to you and give great advice. Giving you plenty of options for what suits you. (Flower/oils/pastels)
