When taking out a loan with bad bank
When taking out a loan with some bank, you have agents who provide clear information and at Alpha Credit they sign loans with a repayment table without specifying the start and end date of repayment. I signed a loan together with two insurance policies at the end of July 2022. Immediately after signing, payment was deducted on July 22, 2022. The insurance expires in July, but as usual, Alpha Credit tries to quickly make you pay an extra month. Alpha Credit is very sloppy about sending your monthly payments by post. But they are very correct in charging you the extra costs by reminder. My advice is to stay away from Alpa Credit, they are pure scammers.

Worst experience ever
I hope no one ever will have to deal with them, I personally don't plan to.
It is close to impossible to reach out to them. I moved countries and asked them to change my bank details and contact information, as well as address. Nothing happened. Then they told me I am 2 months late, and have to pay 200 eur for the delay.. I wasn't informed about it.
Today they were supposed to send me the invoice with the delayed payments, they called to ask if I can transfer money TODAY. But I never received the invoice. I just really want to sue their sorry asses. Worst customer service, worst conditions, 0 professionalism.

I had a bankruptcy years ago
I had a bankruptcy years ago, in 2018, but was cleared of all my debt in september 2020. I'm still on the black list because they didn't take me off, even though they are legally obliged to do so within 3 months after judgment of remission. We're almost 4 years later

Alphacredit took my money and doesn't reply
Alphacredit took over EUR 700 from my bank account about a month ago. The amount was not due, as the loan was already fully paid. This was dully recognized by Alphacredit by email and by letter. I tried to contact Alphacredit more than 20 times, 12 by email and 8 calls, but I never got any answer. They completely ignored me. This is moving to a criminal case.

Zero stars. Really exasperatingly awful service. Who are these guys? I guess we will never know because...we can never get hold of them by email or by phone! Avoid at all costs. And yes, you too Toyota - avoid using AC because it is tainting your brand.
