I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service.

I ordered a tennis racket from ATT, which arrived damaged with a noticeable chip. I contacted customer support twice, through both their help service and support email, and have received absolutely no response.

I would not recommend buying from this company, and I certainly won't be using them again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. 5 weeks, no delivery, and virtually no communication.

I ordered on 14th June (delivery promised by 18th June). I sent chaser emails on 27 Jun, 1 Jul, 3 Jul, 7 Jul, 10 Jul, and 15 Jul. The only reply I got (3 Jul) said part of my order was out of stock, yet the item is still listed as available on their website. Nothing since. No reply to any questions.

5 weeks on, still no delivery and no explanation. Appalling service.

Really impressed with this Company. Order arrived promptly, well packaged and the products are great. Prices are competitive too which is a bonus . All in all a good experience buying from this company and one I wouldn’t hesitate to repeat.

Have used ATT many times and they always offer a really good service. I was after a particular adidas t shirt and found that they stocked the one I wanted. Realiable and trust worthy plus there's always the added benefit of viewing many of their videos on you tube if your interested in a particular product. Would highly recommend.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong location. Have been unable to contact the store since this happened.

I ordered a padel racket and accessories for next-day delivery so I could use them the same day. They arrived on time in good condition and the competitive pricing (in fact the cheapest online for the racket I bought) was a bonus.

No racket, no refund and completely ignoring emails and not responding.

After I posted this review, you responded on Trustpilot within 18 hours. While you have responded publicly here, my original four emails, sent over a week ago, remain unanswered.

The issue is not the Trustpilot response; it is the lack of response to my emails and the poor communication throughout this process. Customers should not have to leave a public review to receive a response to their enquiries.

As a result, I have initiated a chargeback. When a customer purchases goods, they should reasonably expect those goods to be delivered and to receive appropriate customer support if issues arise. Unfortunately, neither was provided in this case.

Ordered a racket and gave some rough details of how I play/tension and previous rackets, and asked for a recommendation. I got a hand written note explaining the tension, string type and why they went slightly higher on the tension, and the string they chose. They obviously love what they do, great service. Will definitely get all my gear here from now on

My son is turning 12 and asked for some dampeners for his tennis racket. I was so pleased to find some affordable Wimbledon ones for his babolat racket so easily. They arrived within 24 hours, with fedex giving me regular updates, and are perfect. My son is going to be really pleased with them and I would revisit this website before any other in the future for more tennis equipment. Thank you to Ross and team.
