Failed to deliver, failed to respond, chargeback acquired - so AVOID!


I recently ordered a tennis racket from ATT with delivery set for 1 July 2026. The delivery date came and went. No delivery.

I followed this up with emails, a telephone call (no one responds) and webform submission via ATT's website.

No response was ever received.

I have reclaimed my money via Credit Card ChargeBack.

Perhaps they would like to explain their complete silence after taking the money for an order and failing to deliver.

Avoid this company and go elsewhere. Use your credit card to protect your purchase if they behave like ATT.

This overrides a previous review that I submitted.

Third time I’ve ordered from ATT and…

Third time I’ve ordered from ATT and every time I’ve had no issues. Delivery has been on time and products have been great. Will continue to order any of my tennis gear from them in the future and will always recommend them.

I ordered a padel bag from here

I ordered a padel bag from here, product was fantastic and came exactly as described on their website. Although I ordered the item at 2300hrs it still came within 2 days. Will definitely be purchasing from here again soon!
