Order did not arrived. I have emailed multiple times but being ignored. Reported to my bank

Really excellent customer service, quick efficient and nice to deal with. I also want to add that the quality is fantastic I’m so happy with what I got. It’s my third time ordering from AN.

There was indeed a small delay in the shipping confirmation (one week) and a refunded item but it’s understandable given it’s a small family business and the probable amount of orders during sales. The quality of the fabrics worth the wait 🙂

Parcel didn’t arrive, ordered over a week ago and paid extra for 1-3 day delivery :(

I bought 5 tops in the
Jan sale, I paid for 2-3 day shipping. 5 days had passed and I heard nothing so I messaged all neutrals but got no reply, I sent numerous messages but got nothing back. After nearly two weeks I resorted to messaging one of the owners personally on Instagram which they did reply to me and said they had a large amount of orders so postage had been slow. Suddenly I had an email with 4/5 items on my order refunded and a tracking number for the 1 top they were sending. After all this I wish I hadn’t bothered for 1 top. It’s clear to me they have issues within the customer service and the website not being up to date with what’s actually left in the warehouse. Still waiting for this top so cannot comment on the quality.

Ordered some leggings for my partner.
Took a screenshot of the completed order so I had a record of the purchase.
Never received an email from the site confirming the purchase, never received any details about the delivery - paid for 2-3 day delivery, and had nothing for a week.
Emailed the site and suddenly had a confirmation email that showed a totally different order number.
Still no delivery or information regarding a delivery.
Have not had a response to my email.
There is no tracking details and my email is now showing no tracking ID.
Basically avoid this site as they will just take your money and ignore you.

My goods weren’t delivered. The website said they were in stock but several days later I just received a refund. I had to email to ask why rather than you contacting me.

I placed on order last Tuesday and I still have not received it, it’s been 7 days and my confirmation email said I would receive it within 2-3 days.

Poor customer service. To complete a return you have to email the company however they don't get back to you. I had to email twice to get a response, after waiting over a week, then they told me I cant refund the items and have now not replied again when asking to exchange instead.
Items were in the sale so they are not allowing a refund which is not made clear on purchase, I now have items which do not fit so I can't wear them. Very disappointing, not only wasting money but very non-eco-friendly as they are now wasted garments.

Would not recommend purchasing from here due to the poor return service.

Very poor customer service and returns process. Clothes are great quality, but very small in sizing (they do acknowledge this on their website). I've been waiting for over 2 weeks for someone to get back to me about returning my item. My friend had also had the same experience. Very disappointing. I was going to return my item and buy a bigger size but this is putting me off shopping with them again. They've sent me an email to review but still not acknowledged both of my return requests!

Really good basics and the price point is amazing for the quality of the clothes. True to size and consistent. Delivery took a little longer than expected however not a big issue. Would order again for sure.

Very poor service delivery not received in time for our holiday stayed 2 to 3 days then had to chase my order to find it's not even been sent yet so will not be buying from you again. Will also be telling my friends how poor your service is.could of got it from china quicker.
